A very nice hotel. Good location, quiet, close to the mountaintram and just a short walk to the center with restaurants and shops. Very nice mountainview from the nice balcony. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and bathrobes. The receptionists were helpful and the man in the cosy bar was very friendly.Nice receptionarea and outdoor area. Good breakfast( not fantastic, but good enough) Would come again. Recomend to gake the mountaintram and dale back a few stations..Very nice walk with wonderful view.. You can also see Mt Blanc from the skiarea up in the hils on the other side of town.. Chamonix is not far away, nice, but more busy..

The pool was very small. The hotel itself was nicer than we expected, but if we came for rhe pool and spa I guess we might have been a little bit disapointed.(?) Everything was very nice and clean.. Very nice restaurantarea indoor and outdoor, and good pizza. The night we had to wait extremely long for the food and everything was very slow( hope it was just this night)

Naturally, we were less impressed than the first time, two years ago, when the hotel was still practically brand new. It was the second time we stayed at this beautiful hotel on our way to Italy. The room (a quadruple with one double and 2 single beds) is and remains beautiful, with plenty of light, lovely colors, pleasant materials, etc. However, as expected two years ago, the light-colored carpet has visibly "suffered." The underground garage was a definite plus two years ago, but it is now only for electric cars and people with disabilities (perhaps because there aren't enough parking spaces for the number of rooms). There's an underground parking garage across the street, which is a bit less convenient if you have a lot of luggage. There's a lovely outdoor pool, a good restaurant with friendly service, and a good breakfast. Very good beds and despite being located next to a relatively busy road, no noise pollution at all. Easily accessible and close to the Mont Blanc Tunnel, the gateway to Italy. But the surrounding area is -of course- also beautiful. The hotel is also close to the Tramway du Mont-Blanc stop (highly recommended in good weather).

The hotel should pay more attention to order and cleanliness. No matter how stylishly decorated the hotel, tables and chairs tucked away in a corner of the restaurant detract from this, as does a dust thread on the ceiling (above a window in the restaurant). The space between the bath and shower in the bathroom also deserves attention (or should be closed). Upon arrival, the hotel manager's welcome wasn't exactly warm (It seemed like we'd done something wrong. Maybe a bad day, which happens to me too), but that was more than compensated for by the very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff.

We loved the decoration, lovely breakfast selection, the reception staff was super attentive, the bar staff had a great sense of humour. Everything well signed and clean. We had a wonderful Mountain View.

The spa area was very small for the amount of people booked for the slot. It consists of a sauna room, and whirlpool and small swimming pool. It not bad if you’re in a big group, but when there are several people, it can be a little awkward to sit in the same water.

A good and comfortable hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and only a few steps from the Mont Blanc Tramway. They provide private parking for 15 EUR a day but you may be better off using the free car park in the centre of San Gervais if you can find a space. Didn't use the spa or pool facilities but a nice add on. The mountain view from our balcony was fantastic.

The hotel sits above quite a busy road through the town, although our room was set back and quite quiet. Air conditioning didn't seem to work that well.

We visited during the summer. The breakfast room is very nice and opens to the pool area. The selection was good, though we would have liked more fresh fruit. Everything was well-organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The location is conveniently next to the tram that goes up the mountain and only a 10-minute walk from the city center.

Absolutely beautiful and aesthetic room. The indoor/outdoor swimming pool was wonderful. Kids aren’t allowed in the pool area after 6pm. The balcony doors blocked the street noise very well. The breakfast was luxurious and cost 43€ for two people.

The hotel was seemingly designed with beauty over functionality, which I can appreciate even if it’s not my preference. For example, the fridge in the room was tiny, but had a lovely glass front.

Staff at the reception is not really present. You need to wait a long time for someone to show up. After my stay, I forgot a pair of slippers in the room. Despite countless tries to get in touch with the hotel nobody bothered answering my requests, emails... Very poor quality reception staff, which is a shame for this very nice hotel.
