Good breakfast, lovely and friendly staff at all times. A toaster would be an asset, they are not expensive. The room was very comfortable. The location perfect. Reception staff extremely efficient and more than helpful at all times. Excellent!

Bar closed very early and all the doors locked and lights dimmed. I felt like this was more of a hotel for school parties not really adults. This is the negative side and will probably influence my choice in the future. Sadly you cannot check in until after 4pm or even drop off your bags as the place is locked up. I was therefore forced to pay another hotel to care for my bags as we arrived at lunchtime. The jacuzzi was slippery and I fell badly.

Fantastic location opposite Valleen gondola that takes you up to the slopes and saint gervais. Airport shuttles drop you right outside your hotel. Spa was lovely and warm (I've stayed in other places where it's not warm enough). Hotel is lovely and staff are friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Only minor criticism would be the hot breakfast choice as there was only streaky bacon and scrambled eggs in terms of hot food. We would've eaten there every morning if there were sausages, fried or poached eggs, baked beans, and a toaster for the bread. Was really looking forward to some hot toast but sadly there was no toaster. Only mentioning this as we'd like to stay again and we'd definitely get breakfast every day if there were a greater selection of hot choices and a toaster. A mini fridge in the room would be great too, and an option to connect the tv to our Netflix account would be amazing as we like to ski all day and then relax in bed in the evenings. Still a fantastic hotel and would highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!

Really appreciated the pool and general cleanliness everywhere in the hotel. Bedroom was nicely designed, very spacious, spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent served by a very friendly filipino staff member who encouraged us to try some delicious, unusual dishes. I liked the fact the pool was open early (8 am) so I was able to swim before breakfast as well as the night before. Really appreciate the fact pets are not allowed, as I suffer from allergies and sometimes find hotel bedrooms problematic due to allowing animals. No problem here and I slept very well! We hope to return

The pillows were a bit flat and lumpy.

We booked our stay as we planned to come in by train from Chamonix for the purpose of riding up on the Tramway du Mt. Blanc. The hotel gets its name from its adjacency to the Tramway station and to the St.Gervais train station. We came in early, at about 8AM, as planned, as the hotel had agreed to store our bags while we rode up the mountain. Upon returning from the cog railway trip, we found a nice bar across the street from the hotel and had several drinks. Upon checking in, we found that the hotel was much nicer than we had imagined. Our room was on ground level, and there is an enclosed swimming pool {which was open} across a patio from our room. Oure room was large and comfortable. We walked a block away from the hotel and found an exceptional Italian restaurant where we had dinner. We enjoyed a very good buffet breakfast the following morning, before resuming our travels by train to Milan.

There was nothing that we found that we did not like. The hotel does not keep its from desk open throughout the day, but this was not an issue for us.

In the centre of town, good parking facilities. Good view of the mountain range. Will be a nice tourist town once the ski lifts are completed.wish we had more time to go on the tram up the mountain.

Very small ,triple room, with no room to move around. There were only 2 of us and it was a struggle to move around the room. We were travelling around 7 countries and this was the smallest and most expensive room we had over the holiday. Right next door to the tram station. The shower over the bath wasnt really a shower, just a hand held attachment and the shower door wasnt big enough to stop the floor getting flooded

Convenient location right by the (three!!!) stations, and next to the new cable car up to the higher up village of St Gervais-les-Bains. Spotless good facikitities as to be expected, comfortable bed, great shower, spacious room. The staff are very friendly.. The breakfast is particularly good, with a large choice and a focus on locally sourced home made produce: wortg going for that alone!

the breakfast was really good, high quality goods, most freshly baked, and with really good service by the relevant staff. The swimming pool was also a bonus. The location is excellent, next to 2 train stations, and a quick walk to the great park of the thermal baths.

the ventilation in our WC was not working, i think. At least, it was not audible.

The design of the hotel is very nice, great location. Very calm and quiet. Super tasty breakfast. Everything was fresh. Friendly staff. The swimming pool and jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing after a long trip.

We had no curtains in our room.

Great location right at the Le Fayet station in case you travel by bus / train. Next to Tramway du Mont Blanc, walking distance to Parc Thermal, 1-min access to local buses to get to the center of Saint Gervais or nearby villages. Very stylish interior at the reception / breakfast area. The staff was very friendly, allowed an early check-in, which was really helpful in my case. The reception is closed from 12 till 4pm during the day, but the hotel keeps reminding about it throughout the reservation procedure, so it doesn’t come as a surprise.

The rooms were very large and comfortable. Had plenty of places to eat and dine. The breakfast was good. The tram up the mountain is at the front door so easy to access and also the train station is very close. We left item at the property and was posted back to us straight away.

The family room didn't have a fridge or cooking facilities. The (Private Pool) is a hotel pool only private from public. The hotel isnt actually in Saint Gervais it is about a 12km drive to the mountain village. But the tram is close.
