We really felt at home, the staff was very helpful and more than nice. It is a wonderful small hotel in a remarkable location, center of a beautiful quite town. Hotel is near to everything; cafes, restaurants and supermarket all were a minute walk away, also bank ATM is next door. We walked 10 minutes to Mont Blanc tram station, even going by car to Chamonix is only 20 minutes trip. Definitely will return to this hotel whenever we travel to this area again.

Breakfast could be better

Friendly staff, easy check in, excellent location, brilliant breakfast, great shower pressure, small but cosy, clean room, great vibe in the bar/ eatery area. Quiet at night in hotel (a little noise from the street but that is to be expected in a ski town on a Friday…)

Actually, nothing. There is no lift, but this was not an issue for us. There is also no attached parking, but you can park in the free parking Espace de Mont Blanc which is just a few minutes walk.

This hotel is so lovely! The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are small but have everything you need. There is ski storage downstairs and you can walk to the lifts. The hotel is right in the center of town and there is free underground parking nearby (but you can also come by train and take the gondola into town). The staff are friendly and flexible and kind. And the breakfast is perfect. I definitely recommend this hotel!

I can't think of a thing!

Friendly staff, great location in Town, minutes from all local bars and restaurants. Rooms a little dated but clean and tidy, with daily room service and fresh towels if requested. Some rooms (14&15) are external to the hotel but this was not a problem for us. Several sets of steps to these rooms, so maybe difficult for those with mobility problems. Breakfast was good for continental style. Rather small number of seats/tables, so a little busy with skiing groups all heading out at same time.

Excellent location. Great heating and hot water. The beds were very comfy. Inclusive breakfast was very good. Staff very nice.

Shower needs attention but we had baths which were great. The room was small but that was fine for us as we just needed a place to sleep in . Tv is basic but again we were not here to watch tv.

The location of the hotel was perfect.

The rooms could use a mini fridge and updated bathrooms, otherwise the rooms would be great. Additionally, breakfast was only a (very good) croissant, bread, and drinks and was $9 per person which is too much for a croissant and a drink. If they offered more breakfast options it would be more convenient.

The location is fantastic and the bedroom and ensuite are simple but functional.

Some fresh fruit (other than just oranges), English breakfast tea and muesli would have been nice at breakfast, but we were able to buy these things at the local shop and take them to breakfast.

The room and location - brilliant. It's right in the center of the town, all restaurants are literally a minute away.

Breakfast could be improved. I realize it's the French way of starting the day, but since most people come there for active holidays (skiing, hiking), more than just croissant+bread+butter+coffee would be nice. Cheese/meats/eggs would make a lot of sense.

Excellent location in town centre. Helpful staff. Comfortable room, loved the balcony, great for watching the town evening activity.
