I loved the decor of the hotel. The attention to detail in the construction of the hotel is second to none and of the highest quality. The position in this small village but still linked to the larger ski area is unique.

The only gripe that I have is that I was of the understanding that the hotel had a no dog policy and during our stay there was a small dog ‘staying’ at the hotel. It was very well behaved and cute but I did not like having to share my breakfast with a dog sitting on the chair next to me.

This place exceeded my expectations! It was such a peaceful and relaxing escape. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The restaurants were delicious (best food we have had in France)! The views were unmatched! The fact that we had breakfast and parking included in our price made the stay have even more value!

The only thing we would change was the very small vanity in the Suite Mont Blanc and that the knobs on the shower were very difficult to turn. Otherwise, nothing! We wish we had stayed longer!

The property is just too good. The location overlooking the mont blanc from the balcony is just breath taking. The wooden chalets are so cosy and comfortable. But the highlight was the exceptional service and courteous staff which we cannot praise enough. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable taking care of our slightest needs. Like dropping us off to the near by station or helping collect or drop a self drive rental car. The food & breakfast is amazing too. They even upgraded us on arrival to their suite. It literally is the nicest place to stay. Thank you so much to each member of the team. A 100% recommend to anyone, where we ourselves want to stay again.

The location, the decor and the staff were all top notch.

The room was too warm to my liking for a good night sleep. Although I used A/C as a preference when browsing for hotels on Booking.com, our room did not have it. It was cool enough outside but the hotel kept its bright outdoor lights on until midnight so we couldn’t open a window and have a dark room at the same time. At times, the hotel even had the heat on and they couldn’t shut it off for just our room. They did bring us a fan but I had expected to be able to control the room temperature at this upscale hotel.

The location is spectacular, with a privileged view of the mountains, even in summer. The staff is super friendly and attentive, the room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is of excellent quality. I tried some dishes from room service and also liked them a lot.

Very few negative points. The main one might be the air conditioning system, which is not intuitive at all. Instead of showing the desired temperature, it only displays a scale between +2.0 and -2.0. The room was too warm, and I wanted to turn on the AC in cooling mode. I tried all the options but couldn't manage it. I couldn't understand if it was off or just a functional issue, but I found the system not user friendly.

- Absolutely amazing service all around, the staff is very helpful, polite and friendly, from reception to spa, restaurants etc. Because of the lack of snow in the nearby slopes, the hotel offered to transfer us free of charge to a 20 min drive ski station with better snow to make sure we can enjoy our holidays (for the entire duration of our stay). The concierges were extremely helpful and catered to our every needs with great professionalism, big shout out to Charlotte and Thibaud and the manager of the hotel Mr Bastiat. - The hotel is is very tastefully decorated and the quality of all the material and finish are absolutely top notch, bonus for the Bluetooth speakers in the room and bathroom's ceiling. - Great spa with views on the Dome des Miages from the pool and jacuzzy - Surrounding is beautiful, and the concierges will gladly advise you on things to do, from hiking to food.

A boutique hotel of great comfort, quality and attention to detail awaits you behind an unassuming Haute Savoie chalet exterior. Very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful spa area with the best outdoor jacuzzi we have ever experienced. Choose between fine in-house dining or bistro across the street. Great hiking opportunities. Perfect for s romantic getaway.

This hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous, the breakfast was outstanding, and the views from the room were simply breathtaking. Choosing this hotel was undoubtedly the best decision.

The hotel is excellent. Not only is it clean, but also stylish, thoughtfully designed. Modern facilities within an alpine designed building. Breathtaking views of Mont Blanc from our balcony. Service couldn’t have been better. The most comfortable sleep of our holiday, which included three different hotels. We didn’t have time to see Saint Gervais les Bains itself because spent the day in Chamonix but seems like a fun town with lots to do.

The shower could be slightly better designed.

Location is very nice, a cozy chalet in an authentic village in the French Alps with view on Mont Blanc. The staff was adorable: polite, caring, smiling...really an highlight. Rooms are warm and welcoming, restaurant with degustation menu was perfect, the spa super nice. Super happy, we will come back!
