We were upgraded to a room with a view of Mont Blanc (I thought I had booked that for the price I paid but it seemed not) and the view is amazing, thanks for the upgrade! The staff were really helpful and are really trying to create a good experience. The restaurant and breakfast were good. The WIFI was very good.

The room is very dated. It's practical but I would say it is bordering 2* standard. The restaurant area has been 'upgraded' and is much nicer than the rooms. The price seems to be for the location, the staff are really trying to deliver a good experience but the rooms let this hotel down. We still enjoyed our stay but would have been disappointed to have the same room (no upgrade) without a view for the price we paid!

Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. A great buffet. Was also able to have decaffeinated coffee although hard to get a second cup. Ski storage and boot storage warmers. Ski in ski out location. Excellent quality of food.

Seating in lounge area could be more comfortable/welcoming. The bar prices were high, once resort is closed there is nothing else open! We were skiing all day so having early nights. No easy way into town or back after 6pm. Evening menu was very limited for an eight day stay, improved when we discovered the Plat de Jour. Half board options were not explained to us until second night. Steep slippery path to ski storage although this was improved with mats part way through week.

Really kind, helpful staff. Outstanding location with view of Mont Blanc. Good breakfast. Dressing gowns and very comfy sandals. Very comfortable bed. Staff helped to make sure there was gluten free food. Very relaxed atmosphere, and close to cable cars - up - and also down to the town.

The restaurant was closed on the Monday and Tuesday evening. We were there in July, so perhaps less demand. The temperature of the pool was little bit on the chilly side - but very refreshing nontheless.

The room was a lot bigger than we expected it was clean and warm and very comfy view was ok the location of the hotel was amazing definitly ski in ski out 3 strides and you was on the gondola of up the mountain would highly recommend this location to friends and family

The breakfast could of been alot better not much choice ,the bread did not seem fresh in the mornings also there was no where else to eat at night and the hotel evening menu did not have a lot of choice so unless you want to pay for taxis every night you are stuck with the hotel food which was good not enough choice on the menu

Wonderful location with stunning views to Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains. Good sized swimming pool with plenty of sun beds all round. Lots of walks of varying difficulty right from the hotel.

Check-in is only allowed from 4pm with seemingly no discretion to check in earlier. We arrived at 3.15pm after 400 km drive and saw the receptionist but she said we had to go away and come back at 4pm. Very expensive breakfast at €19 per person. We chose to have it elsewhere so not sure if it was worth that much money.

Fantastic view of mont blanc from balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size room. Lots of space outside with a bar terrace. Was very peaceful. Car parking outside.

It's a bit tired, there was no air-conditioning so room hot. Curtains didn't really close. No bar after 7.30 and no restaurant but we were a week before the summer season started apparently. Swimming pool wasn't open. Kettle but only herbal tea in room.

Great location directly a bottom of ski piste and stunning views on MtBlanc. Ski rental shop and lift at your doorstep. Generally great hospitality by personnel that’s running the hotel (new management). Really enjoyed breakfast with a good espresso. Good choice for diner and great wines. Hotel very basic but sufficiently comfortable for the price level. Great sauna too! Overall had a great time and good value for money.

The hotel rooms are a bit old, but not worn out. My room needed a few simple adjustments: shower head needed fixing point on wall and WiFi was very slow. No other restaurants in walking distance during my stay.

The location is perfect! The views are incredible from the room and the lounge was very nice too.

The staff were not always at the front desk and the bed smelled like wet towels (everything else was clean). There weren’t enough parking for all guests so we had to park in a public parking lot further down the hill.

Location was excellent – right at the foot of the slopes. Heated storeroom for boots was fantastic and the food in the restaurant was very good.

Room was tidied daily but paper cups were not replaced and coffee and tea supplies were not replenished. That was slightly disappointing.

Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location for ski in/out. Superb food both breakfast choices and evening meal quality.

Service for evening meal on final night was not as good as usual. The restaurant was busier and the staff were over stretched.
