Lovely old hotel with lots of character. Bathroom was recently refurbished and it was lovely - there was a door, not a curtain as listed on Booking.com. Anne- Cecile and her family work very hard to make your stay perfect. Restaurant recommendations and bookings, taxi, train and bus information all given. Very good English spoken. Communication is excellent and the hotel is perfectly placed in the town with everything walkable, including the Bettex, although there is a free bus circulating the village to the Bettex telecabine every 15 minutes. Would recommend La Feline Blanche as a great place to stay. We would definitely return here again.

Nothing not to like here really. Our personal preference would be to have a small bar in the hotel although there are plenty in the town.

I stayed here overnight so I could travel on the Mont Blanc Express railway and it was well suited for that. The hotel is located in the centre of town and is near several restaurants. There is a bus service (#Y82 or #Y84) from nearby (stop 'Pont') to the rail station. The room was small but comfortable and the hotel has a seperate guest entrance with keypad access. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

This is an older building that has no elevator. Bus service from the station is infrequent and the taxi service is almost nonexistent, despite a board listing about 10 companies that offered it.

Quirky, family run hotel in a central position. Welcoming and helpful, old and creaky building with bags of character. Clean & comfortable rooms. Fresh & tasty breakfast. Free, covered parking 200m away.

Old and pretty steep stairs and no lift to 3 floors above. Not an issue for us but maybe avoid if you have mobility issues.

We stayed here previously in the summer and wanted to return in winter - which was a great idea! The location is perfect for exploring the village of St Gervais and is only a c.10min walk from the main ski lift to the slopes. Set in a historic building, the rooms have been tastefully re-done and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a real highlight, with excellent choice and delicious local produce - plus the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

We booked Budget Double Room, which was (surprisingly) spacious. However, the bathroom is incorporated into the room, giving additional space. We hiked on mountains so the hot shower, and comfortable bed with a selection of pillows was precious. Breakfast was delicious and included in the price of the room.

The breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am only. If you want to catch good conditions in the mountains you should leave the hotel before 8 am and there was no option for "breakfast-to-go" nor it was not deducted from the price. A small fridge would be advantage for keeping drinks and snackes in cool.

The hotel is located at the excellent location. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean and thoughtful decor in the room. Food was local, fresh and very tasty. Views from the hotel windows are amazing.

What a find! Great place couldn’t be more central Loved the books Lego & LPs. Anne is so lovely. Very close to the free Carpark and free electric shuttle bus plus great restaurants nearby.

Carrying our bags up the creaky stairs to the top floor- but they added charm and character.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, cosy rooms and lovely breakfast. Loved the books and lego models everywhere.

Our twin room had no door on the bathroom - not great for a non-couple sharing

Amazing and super comfortable location, cosy room with beautiful views ! Extremely helpful staff with tips on where to eat, what to see and where to go. Breakfast is delicious and home made, all ingredients sourced from local farms. As a bonus every morning at breakfast you will be joined by an adorable cat name Snow to keep you company :)

Beautiful independent, family run hotel. Found a great balance between retaining the historic feel of the building, whilst modernising with authenticity. Creaking original floorboards alongside a massive selection loose leaf teas at breakfast ! Located in the heart of one of the Alp’s best mountain towns. look no further !!!
