Breakfast - I do not like such an atmosphere during breakfast - one lady standing at the buffet (not helping, not smiling, not refilling) and only for watching people who take food. Second lady, whose role is to notice guest’s room number also was just standing and watching with serious face. Moreover, there are no plates at the buffet to take food at all. And it was on purpose! Only one small plate you can use is the one on the table. If you want eggs, ham, cheese, and sweets on the same breakfast - you have a problem. Also, the breakfast priced 20 EUR was very pure, not a hearty breakfast like convinced people at reception.

Good location, easy checkin/checkout, room was OK, although would be even better if it was possible to install se doors to the bedroom. Hotel itself doesn't have a parking for guests, but P4 is just 100m away, so not a big deal. There is a bar and a restaurant, so if you want, you don't need to walk anywhere for the evening.

I wish the bar served some good selection of beers from tap. It was only possible to order small bottled beers (doesn't make sense, if you just just buy them cheaper in supermarket). Restaurant menu was a bit weird, but maybe I am just not sophisticated enough.

We got the Chef’s inspiration for dinner and chose not to know what it was. We received the best 4 course meal I’ve ever had in my life! We had just hiked from Chamonix and it was well worth the hike for the food alone. When we arrived we were able to book in to have the sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves which was very much welcome after a long day walking. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will be back!

Nice hotel just a little bit out of town maybe 10 minute walk , obviously the area more geared for winter than summer . Nice small bar area and restaurant . Nice front of house staff We arrived late after running in the area and left very early .so didn’t use the facilities much , just a few beers , the rooms were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. If you’re using it to run/hike and want an early start . They request shoes etc when muddy are left in their ( fair enough they stink) drying room but it’s locked over night . We had to wake the manager at 5 am to get our belongings out . Which no fuss was made from him , but it would be easier if we were told that at check in .

Wonderful staff and a warm, family feeling. Francois and Pascal have created this ambiance.

I would have appreciated some simpler meals for children and a continental breakfast choice (simpler than the full table service). On days we wanted to ski, the full breakfast in the dining room was more than we wanted.

The see through glass walls in the shower and toilet cubicle in the ours suite bathroom. The toilet was hung to high on the wall, we all had to use a step. Lack of headroom in the upstairs bedroom of the suite.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. Friendly staff, very good breakfast, comfortable rooms and beds, super convenient location at easy walk distance to the cable car, ski rental shop at the hotel premises.

Comfortable place to stay in the middle of TMB

We, a group of 10 ppl with kids, had dinner at the hotel. The food was great. However we were charged incorrectly with extra items we didn’t order. Unfortunately we didn’t check the bill carefully until the next morning when we checked out. So we paid the full amount without arguing.

The design of and decor of this hotel are cozy and tasteful. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. There are many places inside and outside to enjoy the hotel vibe and the natural beauty of the mountains.

The hotel and its team were lovely. It was clean, warm and welcoming.

A little more variety on the evening menu would have been welcomed - but what they had was lovely.
