Clean, comfortable accommodation for self catering. The pool, sauna and steam room are lovely. Checking in and out process easy with friendly, helpful staff. There’s a free shuttle bus ‘La Ronde’ from opposite the apartments straight to the furnicular, you can be on the slopes in half an hour. There’s a supermarket within a minute’s walk. Nothing related to CGH Le Coeur d’Or but we didn’t enjoy our meal at the Cherry Garden ‘Thai’ restaurant, least authentic and tasteless green curry ever, but there’s some really nice restaurants in Bourg town centre like La Boite Chaud and Le Chalet. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the town centre.

Staff were brilliant, the location is excellent if you plan to travel to different resorts and also very convenient for facilities in Bourg, restaurants and shops. Two large supermarkets just across the road. Love being able to swim and sauna after skiing too. Also the staff were very helpful when I had to contact them about running late and it was easy to find the key and access the property after reception was closed. We also left a jacket in the apartment and by the time we spoke to the team, they had already posted it back!

A very nice apartment with underground parking for a small fee or free parking outside with a barrier. Approximately 15 minute walk to the centre with bars and restaurants along the way. 2 supermarkets just over the road and a handy fuel station. The apartment had everything you could need.

The inventory you need to check off and return to the reception regarding all of the equipment and individual utensils etc is a bit excessive and takes a little too long in our opinion.

Great facilities available, very convenient location nearby supermarkets and close to restaurants and bars. Parking on site, Very helpful front desk staff and brilliant to have the option for morning croissants and breads delivered to the apartment - saves a trip to the supermarket first thing in the morning!

The furniture is a little dated and could do with being replaced - but all the more reason to get out and about in the town and surrounding countryside rather than staying in the apartment all day!

Central location near everything at walking distance including parks for the kids, swimming pools, forest walks...Clean, all facilities there including swimming pool and spa. Staff was definitely the best. Absolutely perfect, available, professional and so kind...Very rare in France! Will go again for sure with the family.

Very busy road outside, the sound proofing is very good but in hot weather it’s noisy to leave the windows open.

Great apartment for a weeks ski break 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was big enough and the pool/steam room and sauna was v good. Friendly helpful staff. Private car park next to the building. Only 5 min drive/ 15 minute walk to the funicular railway

Easy to find (on the main road through Bourg St Maurice, just before the roundabout for Seez/Les Arcs (approximately 800m from the main railway station), opposite the McDonalds and small retail park and just after the local stadium, convenient for both public transport - free buses into/around Bourg St Maurice / Funicular to Les Arcs, service buses to La Rosiere/Les Ecudets. Free ground level parking (via barrier controlled access)/underground parking available at extra cost. Access to the building via key pad code. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable, main room with TV, bed settee (very comfortable), kitchen table and well equipped kitchen (microwave/grill/oven), dishwasher, fridge and all cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Room came with bedding, bathroom towels, complimentary toiletries, kitchen towels and end of stay cleaning kit (several bin bags, pan scrubber, dish cloth and washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and bottle of general purpose cleaning liquid (good for cleaning the hob at end of stay). In the cellar are locked (same key as the apartment) ski lockers with boot dryers also. Didn't have time to use the swimming pool but looked to be a decent size and was well used by other guests. Gym appears to be well equipped from a non-gym users perspective. Spa facilities were not available at the time we were there (covid/recruitment reasons). Next door is the cinema and short distance (under 50m) is the Bourg St Maurice Nautical Centre (swimming facilities). Approximately 150m from 2 supermarkets (Intermarche and SuperU) the latter also sells fuel (petrol/diesel/gas) as well as an Intersport store - all accessible by foot up the road to Les Arcs, crossed by a pedestrian crossing. Any questions the ladies in reception were always helpful and speak better English than I speak French.

If the apartment is on the side of the building facing the road/McDonalds'/roundabout light sleepers might want to consider taking ear plugs.
