Third visit in the last 10 years. This is a budget hotel in a fantastic location. It's ski in-out in Les Arc 2000. The accommodation is very basic, the food is perfectly fine and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and dinner is served buffet style with plenty of options. Wine included in the price. Our "package" was half-board with a ski pass included. The ski pass included the entire Paradis Ski area. I was very positively surprised. The ski pass does not include insurance so I strongly recommend to top the ski pass up for an additional €18.00
At the price we paid, I genuinely can't fault it. Some will probably point out that it facilities and room is basic and that you can hear the piste bashers and loud visitors returning to their rooms late but, it did not bother us.

Breakfast and evening meals (including wine) were very good and lots of options including a fondue night and raclette. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Plenty of cosy, comfortable spaces to relax and there were activities laid on at the end of the ski day and in the evening. Vin chaud, bar, crepes and waffles also available (to purchase). Lift passes included in the cost and available at reception was a big help. The bedrooms are 'no frills' but clean and functional.
There wasn't anything we didn't like but a couple of chairs on the balcony would have been useful.

Room was clean and bed comfortabel. Personnel very friendly. The food in the evening is good. Great views.
Breakfast could be better regarding kind of bread, but that's because I'm Dutch. And often, the mugs were out of stock, but to be fair, there was always someone to fix that. The shower is a bit difficult. I hurt my ankle a bit, which made stepping out of the bathtub a bit awkward. Managing the water temperature was difficult. When I got it on the right mode, it sometimes got too hot for short periods. But I was pleased with the shower head. It was new and clean.

Second time we’ve been. Amazing value, plus the hotel staff put so much effort into giving you the best experience. They are wonderful and entertain both the adults and the children. On a day when the mountain was closed due to weather, they immediately set up a music quiz and got out all the table top games they had. Other evenings they laid on a general quiz, karaoke, crepe stations, outdoor hot chocolate on Christmas Eve, Santa for the children, you can’t ask for more. The buffet restaurant is vast and varied every day, with simple food for the children. Going skiing: the locker room can get crazy, the ski in ski out is a dream, they did the ski passes and there is SkiSet hire place opposite.
It is tired, in need of renovation (2024) and the buffet isn’t high end, but you can easily look past this when you consider the € value and excellent staff who make every effort to welcome you. Not the place (or resort) for you if you want the legendary Apres Ski party experience.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Hugo on reception. Rooms were clean and comfortable, had a decent night's sleep each night. Bathroom clean and lots of hot water. Meal time, so much choice, good hearty food and plenty of it. Fantastic location, ski in and out. Finally, free lift pass for whole of Paradiski as part of the deal. Incredibly good value and would definitely come again.
Some more choices of drinks at dinner and orange juice at breakfast. Boot room is on the warm side and down a flight of steps.

Good buffet restaurant serving a wide variety of hot and cold food. Can get very busy with queues for coffee machines and freshly prepared hot dishes but food never seems to run out so plenty for everyone.it is impossible to go hungry.
I was not on a package holiday and arranged my own transfer from Airport to Bourg Saint Maurice. I arrived late in the evening and just made the last fanicular train (9pm) and connecting shuttle bus up-to Arc 2000. I was not so lucky leaving the resort and had to pay €110 to get down mountain as my transfer left BSM before public transport started (07:30am) This should be clear on hotel info so guests can choose flights and transfers to coincide with resort transportation.

A large, basic hotel right in the centre of 2000 and ski in/ski out. Food is excellent and plentiful. Rooms are basic and comfortable with plenty of storage. The staff were very helpful.
The rooms are quite noisy, earplugs are required. We had to change rooms to move further away from the lifts and could still hear them. More electrical sockets are needed by the beds in the room. Also ladder type wall racks over the radiators in the room and bathroom to hang wet kit on would be useful.

Excellent breakfast and dinner options and plenty to eat. Really enjoyed ski in,ski out. Great location with access to 1950. Liked the option of having towels changed throughout the week. All staff very friendly, kind and helpful.
Noisy in the evenings with the children’s entertainment and subsequent adult entertainment. Could do with a quiet adult space for reading, talking etc the ‘cinema space’ would work well. Beds were a bit hard

The hotel was great. The location by the slopes made for good access. The food was plentiful and delicious. The room was functional and the view was gorgeous. The skipass was easy to obtain and the fast lanes a bonus. The staff were friendly. Overall it was a brilliant week. And we were lucky with the snow and sun too.
The ski room was overwhelmingly hot but convenient for the slopes!

Amazing ski from door location. Great view from room. Food plentiful. Good breakfast. Fondue was fun. Friendly staff. Good ski lockers.
Reception area/lounge very noisy. Room only place to get piece and quiet but no free wifi in rooms. Evening food a little odd in that hard to construct a balanced meal from what was on offer at the buffet. Morning scrambled egg was rank.
