The property has a nice style and good facilities.

Unfortunately if you get a good rate via Booking.com the hotel will see you as lower category. Especially if you book a quadruple room they will put you in a double room despite the photos showing all rooms having 4 beds even if there are just two of you. Would have accepted an apology or explanation but the manager just kept on insinuating that we booked a cheap rate and should just be happy to be there.

The location is great for ski-in, ski-out access, and the spa area is lovely—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The hotel can provide walking map to access different lifts as it is not clear how to walk to lifts and come back via different ways to level 1. The staff is helpful in explaining however to me I needed a map to follow , it would be clearer . Also, we ran into a small issue with the TV, which wasn’t connected to the internet. We asked for assistance but unfortunately, no one came, so we weren’t able to watch Netflix or mirror our iPad during our stay. This isn’t a criticism of the hotel itself, but just a heads-up for future guests: we didn’t realize that parking in the Les Arcs area comes with a charge of €22 per day. We ended up paying €30 per day through the hotel, which was mentioned on the website, but I had hoped we might be able to park elsewhere and avoid the fee. That wasn’t possible—so just be aware of the extra parking costs in the area.

Staff were wonderful at this hotel, went above and beyond in the restaurant & bar. The buffet breakfast was perfect and we dined in the evening restaurant several times. We enjoyed the dishes they served. Our son loved the climbing wall in reception, such a unique and novel idea for busy children! The pool and spa area was lovely, the outdoor hot tub in particular and it was good to have one inside as well for when the other was busy. The beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely big spacious room for our family. We will definitely be back.

Check in time is quite late considering you have to pay for the full day. It would also be lovely to have some alternative food option in the evening outside of the full set menu meal, even a limited room service menu.

Staff were friendly, design of the hotel, rooms and bar were modern, comfortable and cosy, breakfast (especially the omelette station) and cocktails were great. Great location close to the Charmetogger lift. Beautiful views down the valley from the rooms.

When the hotel is full, there isn’t enough space in the dining room for everyone, so you either have to eat late (after 8.15pm) or sit in the overflow area next to the bar which doesn’t have the same ambience. The staff are also then run off their feet trying to cover both areas and the whole experience just feels a bit stressful. It wasn’t like this every night but the hotel needs to find a way so that everyone can eat when they want (perhaps starting dining at 6:30pm) or offering a different more casual menu (e.g. burgers, pasta, pizza) in the downstairs dining area.

Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Rooms were well-sized with a separate bunk bed area for kids . The Panoramic views over the valley were breathtaking . The wellness facilities which included an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, a large heated pool, sauna and steam room were of a very high standard. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet dinners were also of a good standard , albeit pricey.

Housekeeping staff did a shoddy job of keeping the rooms clean , the did not vacuum or regularly clean surfaces but mainly changed towels and made the bed.

Loved this hotel. Although not advertised as ski in / ski out you can! The return is on the Belvedere run and in the mornings we turned right out of the hotel and went straight ahead to Vallandry which has a much quieter lift if you’re there in busy times. Having seen the halfterm crowds at Les Arcs 1950 I think 1800 is a better option if you don’t want to end up in a pile up! All staff were really friendly and spoke English. The shops are a ten min walk downhill … the return walk up the hill is a good workout 😆. Very clean & modern hotel, amazing views. Food was delicious - lots of heavy cast iron casserole dishes with hearty, home cooked choices for dinner plus an option to order the evening special cooked to your liking, steak, pork etc. Desserts were such a treat and a great selection at breakfast too. I can imagine if you’ve a child who prefers beige food you might struggle a little but I absolutely loved the food. Pool area was good after a long day skiing. We used Skiset for ski hire in the hotel and they were also really helpful. Would happily return here and highly recommend and don’t understand any of the negative reviews on trip advisor.

The only improvements would be bigger hot tubs, they were a bit of a squeeze! But it wouldn’t stop me returning.

There is not much to fault here, we will be back and really enjoyed our stay. At times during breakfast they ran out of certain items, check in at 5pm is very late, especially as you have to check out at 10am.

Loved the family room, lots of room and space for a family of four. Beautiful view of the mountains. Kids really Enjoyed the climbing wall and reception area. Breakfast was fabulous - lots of choice and good timings. Beds were comfortable and everything very clean. Good coffee machine in the room

No air conditioning I the rooms, we stayed in the summer and it was very hot at night which made it difficult to sleep. The pool was adults only after 7 which seems strange at a hotel that seemed to promotes for families. Dinner buffet was overpriced and we didn’t take that option.

great hotel, staff were all friendly and helpful. rooms were spacious enough for a family and comfortable, facilities were exceptional. Breakfast was very good, dinner was also excellent high quality for a buffet style. having the pool facilities after a hard days skiing was brilliant. The games and climbing wall were also really appreciated by the kids.

while the food was excellent at dinner the options were limited for kids who don’t get have a developed palette! while Charcuterie, Tartiflette, salmon and spinach parcels, barbeque ribs et. were all superb in my opinion, my younger kids would have appreciated some simpler options more typical of a ‘kids’ menu. Bit they didn’t starve!

Amazing pool and jacuzzi! A perfect place to relax on the terrace after enjoying the pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is very quiet, spotless, and has a fresh, pleasant smell everywhere. The rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, especially with the French juices. A truly relaxing stay!
