Everything was perfect. Absolutely love it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everybody really went out of their way to help us with anything. The rooms were just renovated, a positive surprise. Love the natural wood smell in our room. Location was a little far from gondola but that’s no big deal because their free shuttle can take you anywhere in town at any reasonable time. Never had a better experience than this. Price was very reasonable as well compared with other options. I stayed at Kitzbuel the previous year and paid a similar price but the hospitality here is much better.

Very curious professional staff. In a beautiful setting and relatively good value compared to some other establishments in Courchevel 1850. Breakfast was lovely and on 2 occasions ate in the resturant food was lovely. The on site ski shop was good and the gentleman very knowledgeable not only with equipment but the right run to go and when.

Rooms were fairly small but the facilities in the hotel were excellent and must consider the value

The hotel Van Shatel can takes you where ever you want in Courchevel, also it is located near the luxury hotels like chevel blank , LV coffee & many luxury hotels. Great to have ski equipment in the hotel

The connected room where you hear every thing in the other room, the hotel doesn’t have non connected room which makes your night uncomfortable. Also there is no in room coffee &tea kit where you enjoy hot drink in the room. No small refrigerator . different than the other 4 star hotels where you have complementary water during your stay, they just put for your room one bottle of water as complementary in first day arriving then you must buy

The hotel was in a great location, with everything you would need for a ski holiday (including ski pass and ski gears). A round-the-clock shuttle was also available to take you to Courcheval centre and surrounding areas. The staff went above and beyond with requests. They were also dog friendly. All in all it was an amazing experience and we are hoping to return next year!

The restaurant was rather limited. They also didn't have an in-room kettle/mini fridge (we had to ask for kettle and mugs).

The hotel is just lovely! Every one working there is super friendly and helpful. They tried to accommodate with all our needs and were very attentive to our comfort while the stay. The food at the restaurant is great, we had two beautiful dinners. Also the hotel provides the transfer services basically anywhere you want to go, so we had no problem getting to places. We will definitely come back!
