The hotel was broadly as expected, particularly liked the bar area - stayed open until 11pm, a lot of space, reasonably priced, dart board and pool table. Staff were really helpful. Ski in / ski out was a nice feature (but getting to the route is quite tricky). Rooms were okay, would've been nice to have a little more space as storage was limited. Swimming pool area was a good size. A number of free parking spots outside the hotel, so we were able to park for free!

Breakfast - breakfast wasn't included in our price so we opted to eat out as it wasn't overly impressive. However, options in the local area are limited so you can either walk to the centre (15mins) or wait until the chair lift opens - which is quite late at 9am. Although the swimming pool was okay, neither the jacuzzi or sauna were remotely warm which was a disappointment.

Ample size rooms & great view. Staff super helpful. Bar downstairs was good too. Spa was lovely. Provided check-out extension (EUR50) using one of the rooms which was helpful. Ski in Ski out was acceptable.

Breakfast was basic. Would have liked more choice. Room had some maintenance required such as the curtain rail was hanging down. We fixed this ourselves. We weren't allowed to use the spa on our leaving day which was a shame. We asked for twin beds in each room. Only 3 provided these and one room had to move.

Room was super roomy and plenty of room to just put things. So many times in hotels or chalets the rooms are often super small. Not the case here. Staff spoke good English and the hotel was very close to Spar and ski in ski out was very welcomed. bar was a bit soulless, so probably the only area the hotel could work on. Telebus is 5 mins away for quick access to Plagne Central and runs till 23:30 so big thumbs up...

Appropriate value for money property. The room had everything needed, was reasonably clean and comfortable. Beautiful balconies. Ski shop in the property and direct access to the slopes. Nice fireplace lit up every evening. Close to the supermarket and restaurants.

Spa area not particularly nice - sauna does not get warmer than 40C degrees

Fabulous location, friendly helpful staff, swimming pool, jacuzzi and (sometimes working) sauna, direct access to ski slope and walks, good food available in dining room, a fire lit in evenings in main entrance,

It would have been helpful to have functioning WiFi in the bedroom!

Very helpful , friendly staff. Perfect location and good pool sauna and jacuzzi. Hotel food was good and not overly expensive. The ski hire shop next door was very good . I would definitely book again

Availability for our short, 2-night stay. Location within Plagne Soleil. Large selection at breakfast. Room size. Ski in and out...for us at least.

Some skiers would struggle with the button lift to access the Dou du Praz slope in spring conditions.

Ended up in South facing room and it was lovely. Lovely pool and hot tub area. Comfy bar.

Was shown to a room at start that hadn’t been cleaned. But was soon rectified. Pool, hot tub, sauna and hamman all needed to be a few degrees warmer.

They didn’t top up toiletries, had to Ask for toilet roll, one pillow is not enough, had to ask and not helpful

Food was great. All staff were super-helpful and friendly.

When we were there the sauna was under repair. I had to make do with the pool and hammam facilities...
