Typical ski apartment. Well equiped includung all bed linen and bath/hand towels and tea towels. Warm, cosy. Free wifi. Great ski in /ski out location . Belle Plagne has its own commercial center with shops, restaurants, bars, ski hire etc and Tourist information center. Linked to Plagne Bellecote and Plagne Centre and 1800 via piste and when closed free Telecabine and busses. Great for access to Roche de Mio and the glacier. Comfortable for 2 people would be tight with 4 due to all the luggage.

A little dated, typical of its age for this type of accommodation, mainly the lounge seating. Need clearer check- instructions. . Booked Pierre et Vacances Constellations. Stayed in Thimes but reception in Andromeda, not easy to locate in the dark.

The mini amenities in the room were lovely. A great size room for 2 people. Very comfy bed and sofa. Excellent view and convenience of ski to door.

We found it quite hard to find at first and many people we asked also didn't know. Google maps takes you too the wrong place. Bed sheets were a stained. Couldn't find the WiFi information clearly in the room but reception helped very well. Having a dishwasher in the room was a waste for us as we never used it. Having a washing machine would have been more convenient.

Free wifi and parking, nice location

Tiny; no room for our suitcases. View towards the lifts and mountains was disrupted by a lot of left behind ugly building materials on top of the roof of the building in front of us. Hiking map was worst I have ever seen; many lifts weren't even on it for example, but that was provided by the tourist office. No supermarket anywhere except for an expensive small SPAR

Wonderfull appartment, pretty and well equiped.We loved the balcony with a mountain view. The staff is welcoming,warm and helpfull This was a summer trip ,the location was perfect for a hike and cycling in the mountains. it deserves a 12/10 highly recommanded

Clear checkin and checkout instructions must be printed kept in the room along with wifi password.

Distance from the Airport, but not much you can do about that. Food and drinks were expensive

Need to have clearer signs if you arrive after 7pm as reception was closed. Room for ski boots in the ski storage room would have been nice. Would have been nicer if double room was a bit bigger!

Once I orientated myself ( took 1.5 days) the set up was brilliant for skiing.

Not entirely sure whether the deposit has been returned. Still showing as pending.

Overall happy with the stay, we got what you get vs the value - so do not expect a lot of comfort, it is pretty small and a bit worn down, but exactly what is on pictures and still has everything you need. Good connection to ski lifts (ski in / ski out - though Ski in is a bit hard to find, but we figured it out on day 2). you can walk to all Belle Plagne restaurants and shops in 5-7 min and there are elevators on the way in case you are too tired to take the stairs.

1) wifi did not work even after asking reception to fix, had to pay for pocket wifi service from tourist office 2) main things in the apartment were clean, but not all of them (for example doors were all in finger marks, a lot of shelf dirty, dirty waste bin) - so first day I had to wash it all by hand 3)the stuff could not easily explain how to get to the apartment from reception, which caused us going back and forth several times with heavy luggage, it is not an easy way - so hopefully they can create a guide with pictures for futur
