The kindness of the entire hotel staff was a very pleasant surprise. Very attentive to resolve any needs we may have during our stay. The food is exceptional. Beyond the breakfast options (with a spectacular view), dining at the hotel is highly recommended. Same with the drink selection (it´s a very pleasant moment to have a glass of wine at the reception rooms). There are shuttles that take you to the ski center and the return trip is relatively close to do it on foot. Be careful with the schedules of the shuttles between Tignes and Val D'Isere: they run until 6:30 p.m. Going through the sauna and hydro massage is a must. They also have a ski room that dries equipment at night.

If you have a lot of luggage for skiing, the size of the room may be a little small.

The bed was super comfy and everything in the rooms are finished to a high standard. The spa was good and so was breakfast.

We tried to go down for an evening meal, strange atmosphere, staff sitting around waiting and only one table place set up in the whole restaurant. The food menu was pretty limited and we choose wine but it took 15 minutes and we didn’t get it then someone different came to take our order and at this point we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. It could have taken a long time. It felt like either the restaurant is newly open or they aren’t properly ready for evening meal service. As everything else was done to a high standard as expected for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel and staff were very pleasant, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel provides shuttle services to the nearest elevator at 2 different hours in the morning and can also bring you back. Although the hotel is located in a low town, we really enjoyed the quiet, the quality of the room and the breakfast. On our last day we left very early in the morning and the staff prepared a small breakfast for us

restaurant - took dinner twice. food is not good. not a single thing which was actually tasty. i wasn’t poisoned or anything and it looked good when served. but it tastes like pre-cocked stuff from the supermarket. simple snack at restaurants on the mountain was much much better. parking: when I arrived I was told that it is not allowed to park near the hotel and I should use public parking 500 m away (which costs eur 19 for 24h). however I was told that I can leave the car near the hotel overnight as long as I take it away for the day (which I did). guess what, they charged me eur 25 per day for overnight parking (which is kind of not allowed to begin with). i also paid standard fee at public car park for the day. be careful

The extremely helpful and devoted staff manages with excellence to create a very welcoming and comfy atmosphere. The small hotel has just been renovated and reopened 2 days ahead of my stay. The room-concept left no wishes unconsidered and needless to say that everything was spotless clean. A fridge, some international programmes on the large TV as well as a water-cooker to prepare a cup of tea after a cold skiing day are provided as well as a balkony, a Skiboot-heater and views on the lake when enjoying your breakfast, which has been prepared with love and is awaiting you in buffet form. After your breakfast the hotel will shuttle you to the skilift in Brevieres (and woukd also pick you up later), by which will have access to Tignes - a very nice offer, especially when roads are icy like during my stay.

Breakfast is ok, but dinner is just outstanding. Every night was delightful. Service was exquisite, going above and beyond and were extremely kind and polite. Location is a 10 min walk from les brevieres ski lift. The hammam and sauna were just what you need after a long ski day. The room was very well equipped and the size was also great.

To put a complain, perhaps having the hot tub working every day? It didn’t for a couple of days. Breakfast could have been a tad more diverse . But also had everything you needed for the day.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Location on the lake. We had room 209 which had a lovely view. Clean/ Modern/Quiet. Hotel had a shuttle even though you can walk to the lift. Sauna and steam room even though small and open. Jacuzzi outside. Ski storage

No Parking, Parking in the nearby car park was €20 euro per day and needs to be booked. They rely on local produce so we felt breakfast was a little limited ie; Bread/eggs/cheese choices Rooms a little on the smaller side.

Great staff. Newly built hotel located 5-mins away from the slopes. Average breakfast. Possibility to charge electric car.

Spa can be improved. The outside pool is very small and water wasn't always at the right temperature. We were charged 15/night for outdoor parking.

Our stay was magical! Among all the positive points, (comfortable room, proximity to the skilift, great breakfast) the staff was our favorite! They are so kind and helpful! We recommend it 100%

Brand new, clean and well equipped rooms, nice view on the lake from the room and the restaurant area. Really good dinner options on site. Great welcoming and day-to-day service. Shuttle to the ski lift was nice to have a well.

Wi-Fi connectivity in the room, disconnecting. Some details in breakfast like cold omelette/bacon but the quality of food was good overall
