fab location, parking, ski in/ski out, size of apartment, quiet. lack of desk staff not a problem as Emanuelle answered the phone. ski locker was a very good size.

the apartment needed a really good clean - it just felt dirty despite being pretty new and modern. some of the pots were not clean, the floors were dirty and both showers/bathrooms were dirty (photos available). please sharpen the knives!

TERRESENS - Le Diamant des Neiges is a new modern building with a variety of different apartments on offer. This is our second year in-a-row here. We loved it so much we couldn't not come back. Its bang opposite 1800 Lift so is effectively ski-in/ski-out. Loup Blanc Bar/restaurant is right next door so perfect for some apres (although much quieter than either Bobsleigh or Miners higher up in the 1800). The apartment is well equipped, well sized, warm and comfy. There is an underground carpark so your car/van is safe and out of the weather.

Whilst the kitchen and bathrooms were spotlessly clean the lampshades, bedside lights and hall way mirrors were all dusty. As with last year, there was a lack of cleaning products and basics such as bin bags and toilet rolls. For an apartment marketed for 6-people (2 rooms and a sofa bed) its poor to only have one toilet roll per WC, one big bag (the one in the bin) and 3 dish-washer tablets. It was the same last year, so my advice is "bring your own". Would have been 10/10 with these - an easy mark lost!!!

Beautiful spacious apartment spread over two floors. Wonderful location on a bend on the road in Plagne 1800 with amazing views of the mountains on the other side of the valley. Very clean with plenty of bathroom space (All bedrooms are en-suite + a separate toilet upstairs). Good, well stocked kitchen area. Great base for exploring the other resorts of La Plagne. Hiking trails start literally in the parking lot opposite the building. Safe and secure parking in underground garage directly beneath the property. Very good restaurant - Le Loup Blanc - just next door.

Hard to find a fault but, if anything, the building just lacked a bit of character. A little too sanitised, perhaps...

A really great apartment in a great location. We were 4 adults and 3 young children and it was perfect, a friendly restaurant next door, 2 minute walk to the lift, or 3 minute for the button to get up the other side of the resort. Walking distance to ESF ski school, and underground parking for our cars.

Honestly, not much, we had an issue with the sink, but a plumber was sent and in less than an hour the issue was resolved. There were no plugs for the bath so we fashioned something ourselves for the kids to keep the water in, the apartment was also quite dry, might benefit from some humidity.

Great location in La Plagne 1800 just opposite the 1800 chair lift. Comfy modern Apartment with secure underground parking. Spacious for two people. La Plagne 1800 has some great bars and restaurants.

Missing a few basics like replacement toilet rolls and kitchen cleaning products. I would have expected some bin liners, and more than one toilet roll per bathroom.

Our stay at Le Diamant des Neiges was very good. The apartment was big, well equipped and furnished, with two bathrooms + showers, balcony with piste view, comfy beds, garage for the car, ski lockers (for max 3 skiers) and various of kitchen tools to cook or snack. The "1800" ski lift is just outside the building, which makes it ski out by lift and ski in by ski. The lift can take you with another additional lift to Plagne center, which is one of the main ski hubs of La Plagne. Near the apartments building are some good restaurants to dine.

Le Diamant des Neiges is located at the lowest point of Plagne 1800, which makes it a bit distant not only from facilities, restaurants and bars of La Plagne main village (Plagne center, 1970 - a 5 min drive), but also from Plagne 1800 facilities and attractions. In order to buy groceries or visit the closest bar you'll need to ascend by foot to the main level of Plagne 1800, this can be annoying sometimes. Cleaning supplies (garbage bags, dish washer tabs, shampoo/shower gel) were not enough and the property didn't supplied more.

wifi for Netfix wasnt connected and no one helped us fix the problem, even tough we asked twice.

Superb location, apartment is modern, has all you need. Really close to everything. there's two restaurants really close. Parking underground. Ski locker. Ski lift outside your door.

Nothing, town is quiet, but could be a positive

Maintenance let this accomodation down. The WiFi didn’t work, the tvs didn’t work and the plug for the bath was broken so made the bath unusable.

Spacious, well equipped and good location close to the lifts. Excellent showers and comfortable beds.

Check-in could have been better. We arrived at 2:00pm and no one on reception till 5:00pm - not a problem as there is a good pub/restaurant less than 20m away. Would have been better if a key was left in the key box so that we didn’t have to leave our luggage/skis in the lobby.
