Another amazing stay at L'Eden des Cimes! The ski in ski out accessibility cannot be beaten. The staff were really helpful and accommodating, Flora was especially great helping us before we even arrived. The food was lovely every night and breakfast set us up nicely for each days skiing. The only issue we had was the beds being so hard! They weren't really comfortable but the reception team managed to help us out and get us an extra layer to make it a bit softer. Cannot wait for our next visit, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in La Plagne.

Perfect ski in ski out. Staff amazing especially at reception - nothing too much trouble and always friendly and smiling :) Excellent ski location and super hotel facilities to arrange and purchase ski passes and ski hire equipment. Locker room for ski equipment was brilliant. Great, clean, dry and warm area.

All in all super impressed. Only negative was we did not enjoy the taste of the cooked breakfast, although the continental choice was lovely and plenty of choice.

Great spacious hotel, perfect ski in/out location. Very good comfortable rooms. Nice dining areas with good choices at breakfast and evening meal. Staff all excellent. 4th time staying here, definitely recommend.

Shame the lounging sofas have been removed from the bar area and replaced with individual chairs.

Nothing, one small thing that would have been good would be a kettle in the room but this is just something we always like as a couple nothing more than that (also was not listed as included in the room, just an observation).

Hotel was just fab, staff were friendly and really helpful, breakfast was perfect (we only had bed and breakfast) and the hot tubs really made things great at the end of a hard days skiing. Constance was especially great in helping us with car park booking before we travelled and during the week we were there. The location is unbeatable, literally walk out the boot room, out the front of the hotel onto the ski slope and at the end of the day ski back to the front door, best ski in ski out experience ever!

The rooms are a bit basic and showers not that powerful and no English speaking tv channels at all, but really none of this was a problem since we do not spend much time in the room. I guess the TV language could be a problem if you were unwell and stuck in your room though.

Location was excellent and the staff were all really helpful The bar area was very relaxing maybe a bit over priced compared to local bars

Small rooms not cleaned every day - lack of facilities compared to other hotels …

Alexandre & Constance were very accommodating and pleasant! We got a room upgrade with a fantastic view of the mountains. The kids club was perfect, location was meters from the ski rental, ski school, and lifts. Perfect facility! merci!!

Limited breakfast choice, be careful when booking the room if you’d like a nice view - ask for the piste/slope view.

Location, food, comfy beds. Relaxing bar area - nicer than it looks from entrance, great staff.

Needlessly cold and draughty in places, including the restaurant which was otherwise excellent. Particularly leaky windows in our room. Energy and climate crisis? What crisis?!!??

Great location with amazing service and good food. Staff went out of their way to help and would definitely stay again.
