The location and sps

We were not able to check in at 5pm the apartment wasn’t available until 5:45. Check in staff were rude, spent a lot of time checking in French customers and dismissed us asap and actually stopped dealing with us to have a chat with someone walking past and then didn’t provide all the information we needed All the French were checked in on time, we were the only one’s who weren’t. Internet connection dreadful, only provided 2 at checkin for 3 adults.

We were a family of 18 in three rooms with young children. The situation of the rooms that we were given on one floor and close together was ideal. It meant any noise didn’t annoy other guests. The size of the 6/8 bed room meant we could all eat together in the evening. The swimming pool/spa area made the holiday extra special. Bread etc can be delivered to your door. Also the staff seemed super relaxed and happy to help.

I know that it was the end of the season, however you don’t pay any less. The equipment in the kitchen was a little tired and some bits were missing or broken. More than one pillow would have been great. Having said this I feel sure that the staff would have rectified any problems. There was a lot of walking and two lifts to get around the accommodation, especially noticed when moving in and packing up. But I guess you are on a skiing holiday so you need to stay fit.

Good location for slopes but not so good for shops etc but La plagne does have excellent free transport between the villages. Pretty good apartment, good size and fairly well equipped.

Apartment could have been cleaner, there was a lot of hair around, human and dog I think. Pool could be a bit warmer. Obviously it had strange French square pillows!!

Great location, clean and modern, good facilities.

Small apartment especially for 6 people. Lack of comfortable seating. Ski in/out was made more difficult that it need be. Route to spa was poor, having to go outside and up and down cold, concrete staircases rather than lift (that was out of order). Pool/ jacuzzi cold for first 2 days.

the accessibility is very poor. not enough parking. appartments are very noisy. beds are very uncomfortable.

Unmanned reception when arrived late & appt difficult to find. Reception staff should be staying late on crossover days. Cold appt on arrival Confusing layout of complex with poor signage. Awful WiFi Expected to do staff job of stripping beds, bagging linen & towels and clean the kitchen at the end with threat of €50 fine for not complying
