The staff were fantastic. Our transfer was delayed for 4 hours (the bus broke down) and we did not arrive until after midnight. I was concerned about getting in, but Cedric on reception contacted me proactively on WhatsApp and I was able to let him know we would be late. Not only did he stay up until 12:30 to let us in, he arranged for the kitchen to save us dinner - a main AND a dessert. Apart from the delay which was not the hotel's fault, this was a great start to the holiday. In addition, the food was great and it turned out was one of the top-rated restaurants in the resort when other friends were searching for a place for dinner. Great desserts!

The staff was super friendly from the first welcome whatsapp message on! Always responsive and in a very happy mood! We had a sweet welcome card in our room... At the entrance, a vinyl player playing Doors, dim lightning, super ambient! We had a late dinner and were treated with love. The wine suggestion, very honest and professional. A nice sense of humour, we loved it! We had a SPA reserved, private for half an hour, sauna and whirlpool, sensational after a long walk in summer! We loved the body lotion and the shampoo, all so good. Not to mention the exceptional breakfast! Always good music playing and everything was super fresh, home baked cake, orange juice, and again, mega comfy ambience. We loved it!
I just didn't like the bed, although it was big enough the mattress could be a little firmer...

The staff is very welcoming. Always making sure we have everything we need. We had the dinner included in our booking, which made life so much easier at the end of the day. The options for food were always good (starters, main course and desert). The hotel is right next to a free bus stop. Geeting to the ski lifts was very easy and would take only a few minutes. Center of the village is very close, you can take the bus, but we would always make a short walk.. I would definitely come back
Breakfast was good, but after a few days it starts getting a little repetitive. I would maybe add a few extra choices.

Amazing staff - smiling and helpful. The bar area was fabulous with great views up to the slopes - got to see the ESF torch procession and fireworks from the balcony. We had half board and we loved the food - different menus each night with vegetarian options.
We couldn’t change the heating in our bedroom due to the layout of the fixed furniture preventing access to the radiator control. So it got quite hot at times and we had to keep the balcony window open.

We had a wonderful week long stay at Victoria Lodge. The staff were, as the name suggests, so friendly, kind and helpful (arranging lift passes/advising on ski lessons). The bar & restaurant area were tastefully decorated & food delicious (generous breakfast and tasty evening meals). The half board option made it a real holiday for us. Ski shop right next door & bus to slopes not far at all (7 mins by bus). Would highly recommend!

Staff were great, super helpful and friendly. Location was close enough you could walk into the centre within 2-3 minutes, to the lifts in 5 minutes and if you didn't want to walk, the bus stop was just opposite. Close enough for it not to be an issue to walk to but far enough away that it was quiet. Breakfast was great. Boot room was big and had heated shoe racks. Parking out the front of the hotel.
Sound proofing on the rooms could have been better, could hear people using the stairs and talking in to the corridor (Not enough to wake you up but enough you could hear it when in the room)

Friendly, stylish hotel, easily accessed boot room, delicious breakfast, good half board with option to dip into a la carte menu for a small fee. Nice spa (jacuzzi and sauna with complimentary robes) Lots of places to sit and chat/read, as well as a bar with a wide screen TV for sport. 50m from bus, stop to Daille and,Fornet, easy walk to slopes/centre
Jacuzzi is single room access, so requires thinking ahead/boking. Minor problem with walls heaters resolved

Stop over on Route Des Grande Alp bike trip. Refreshing to meet a well organised and switched on set up. Can't begin to thank Roman and the team there enough. Made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Superb facility, garage bike parking. Room clean and modern, Food, drink and service exceptional. Have a go at the Genepi if you dare. Will recommend to anyone passing. Booking again for next time Thanks again Roman First class and you should be proud

Staffs were very thoughtful. They worked with their heart. We booked two adjacent rooms with balconies and then discovered that the balcony was indeed joining to a common terrace where people could hang out and smoke until/after midnight. We let the reception staff know about our concern, and they immediately made arrangements.
As said above, the room balcony is indeed joined with a common terrace where other hotel guests can sit and smoke. I believe it's not such a big deal in the winter when you close the sliding door most of your day, but it's challenging in the summer when you have to keep the curtain and window shut to ensure privacy. It would have been better if the common terrace was designated as a non-smoking area and closed by 10:00 p.m.

The hotel stay was amazing, thanks to the outstanding staff and their exceptional hospitality. They made the experience truly memorable!
The hotel was very clean, in a great location, and had a convenient ski equipment storage room. It made the stay comfortable and hassle-free!
