"Great location, very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. We needed early morning transportation to catch our bus to Geneva, and they organized it seamlessly. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the slopes, and having ski equipment rentals on-site made things so much easier.

The only thing that could be improved is the pool temperature—it was a bit on the cold side. I was hoping it would be warmer to help relax my muscles after a day of skiing.

We loved our stay in this hotel. From check-in to check-out the front desk team and entire hotel staff made our stay memorable and comfortable. The hotel has a ski shop which is really convenient. It also offers free shuttle service to anywhere in the town center and back to the hotel. The hotel has ski-in access. The spa was nice and dinner was really good.

The rooms don't have good sound insulation so it can get disturbing if you have noisy neighbors or kids around. The rooms didn't have a fridge which i need to store medicine however front desk was extremely helpful to have it stored in kitchen and easily summoned it any time I needed access to it.

The hotel location was fantastic. It was easy walking distance to the village for the many restaurants. And the lodge - simply superb. The facilities were perfect, the on site restaurant was great, breakfast was hearty to fuel a day’s skiing, and the staff were magnificent! The drivers taking or picking us up from the slopes were friendly and their service in the on-site ski shop added to the excellent service provided by the hotel. Can't say enough about how gracious, helpful, and nice everyone was. We highly recommend Hotel Mont Blanc Val d’Isere for your vacation travels.

Breakfast ended a little too early at 10.00. Waitresses a little too eager to clear plates while people are still eating on the table.

The staff was exceptional nice and helpful. Nice pool and sauna at the hotel. Little ski-shop where you can rent skies in the basement.

Hotel claim to be ski in / ski out.. The hotel is close to a ski “slope”, but it’s very flat so you cannot just ski to the nearest lift. It involves a bit of work to get there. Same thing coming back to the hotel. We were expecting a bit easier access. The hotel does offer free transport to the lift.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Mont-Blanc Val D'Isere. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The restaurant served delicious food with great views of the mountains. The location was perfect for skiing and exploring the village. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. I would like to say a special *thanks* to PEDRO, from the staff. My family and I received a great hotel service provided by him.

The staff is extremely professional and makes you feel special. The rooms are well designed, built well and very clean. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Small intimate and immaculately run. Super helpful and friendly staff that were a pleasure to deal with. Shuttle bus was a huge plus. Rates 4 star but beats most 5 star hotels in my view!!

Nothing. Beds were too hard initially but on telling the team I had a new topper added the following day that cured the problem.

The hotel is exceptionally clean & well decorated. The staff are warm & friendly. They are very accommodating and we loved the chauffeur service. The pool facilities are beautiful.

Our deluxe bedroom was extremely compact, I can’t see how a standard room could be any smaller! The breakfast was limited. I would have liked more fruit, avocado and fresh juices!
