The location was ideal for town and the restaurants, but still nice and quiet. The free shuttle bus which came every five minutes stops very close to the chalet and gave great access to any of the possible lifts. The bus was quiet with no problems getting on. The spa facilities were great after a day skiing and not too busy and plenty of towels to use. There is a SPAR shop next door to the chalet which was great for getting supplies/breakfast etc.

The televisions in the rooms were not SMART TV's. They didn't have apps and you were not allowed to cast from your phone. So you were stuck with the pre programmed channels. You would need a Chromecast or Firestick etc to be able watch online content.

Self catered accommodation, could order breakfast items to be delivered to your apartment which was great! Situated at the top of the village, nice 10 min walk into the village on an evening for dinner or there is a regular free shuttle bus which was great in the day when you had your ski gear on to take you directly to the lifts. Little bag of bin liners, washing up soap and dishwasher tablets was very helpful!

Had to take own bins/recycling out and towels not changed, for the price would liked to have these included. Also be aware to ‘basic’ cooking items such as oil, salt or pepper.

Absolutely new apartments, stylish and fresh furniture. Very clean. Perfect SPA facility. Very cozy hall with fireplace

Not a 5* quality of service. 1) always longstanding queues at the reception due to lack of assistants 2) practically no help from assistants in terms of booking restaurants or leisure 3) no beverage services at the reception hall where you will likely rest at the evening with your family 5) kids are allowed to SPA where they scream and shout which makes relaxation unpleasant despite SPA standalone is perfect

Good location s d great facilities. Room was nicely decorated and clean.

Breakfast was awful. No food left on the buffet, no hot food,no pastry and no fruits. Basically nothing except cold meat but staff did not seem to care as it was obviously under staffed. The manager charged us over 17 euro per person with knowing the situation is also unbearable.

Escorted us to our room

Parking - great that has an underground car park (covered obviously) - but not cheap (EUR90/week) and also all the spaces are extremely tight and difficult to get into. We had to REVERSE into the garage and down an instead decline which went around a corner to even have a chance of getting into our space. Not for a novice for sure!

Very spacious room with great kitchen facilities. Great location, very easy to get the bus to places or walk to the centre of the village in c. 5-10 minutes. Very quiet location and bedrooms very comfortable. Spa area was great bonus and never felt very busy.

Nothing!

Perfectly located slightly outside of the main streets, which means it is quiet - and yet have restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We enjoyed the warm atmosphere, the spa after a long day skiing, and the coziness of the apartment which had everything we needed. The staff at reception was always welcoming and helpful, making our stay extra nice! Thank you Romain and team.

Great facilities including pool & spa. Location is perfect as close to town and pistes but not in the middle of the noise at night. Loved the morning bakery delivery service.

Our apartment needed a bit of TLC. All cosmetic but just some minor fraying. Also bizarrely we couldn’t get the water to run cold so bought bottles and put in fridge

Second time we've stayed here. Super comfortable rooms with plenty of space for 4 people. Lounge area downstairs with pool and table football where you can bring your own drinks and food. Spa and pool perfect and never too busy

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with woodburning stove. It was beautifully decorated and included everything we needed. Beds were super comfy.

An area for improvement would be the temperature of the pool, just a but too cold for us.
