The staff was fantastic in letting us check-in early, the parking garage which you must reserve and pay for is directly across the street, the breakfast was diverse and had anything and everything you needed. The lockers for skis was convenient and easy quick access to the slopes.

The Spa could be more well kept and cleaned more frequently during peak hours and stocked with towels for use.

Excellent location and very friendly and professional staff. The spa and sauna after a days skiing was a great treat!! I loved the ski / boot storage room. Great stay will definitely be back. Breakfast was another highlight, awesome choice and high quality. Great way to start the day loading up for a days skiing.

The room was a little small and with thin walls you could here what was going on in the adjoining rooms.

All I can say is that this hotel is amazing value for money. Not because it was cheap, but because of the value. Staff are amazing, really friendly and attentive Bar is cosy with a fire, bar staff amazing too. Rooms compact but comfortable Spa was great too. All in all, amazing from start to finish. Book it, you won’t be disappointed

Location excellent in middle of town. 5 minutes walk max to ski lifts. Bar area in the hotel very comfortable and bar staff extremely friendly, efficient and quick. Room very comfortable if little bit small with a fantastic view of the mountains. Breakfast choice excellent and constantly replenished.

No proper shower in the bathroom/bath. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Nothing else to dislike and these where minor inconvieniences!

The hotel was situated close to ski lifts, ski hire shop (AB hire), numerous restaurants and shops. We loved the bar area and the hotel restaurant was very good too.

It was disappointing that the spa area did not open until 4pm. This was fine for those who skied, but not for the non skiers.

Was a great skiing week and the hotel made it even better. Room was small but comfy and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, especially Cathy from the spa. Breakfast was good though could be better. Location is top notch and just 3-4 minutes walk from the two main gondolas.

The breakfast was exactly the same all week and some verity would be nice. Also, some fresh vegetables could make a big difference. WIFI had good connection but was very slow. Although there is a safe in the room, anybody could just pick it up and take it away.

Excellent location. Just a 2 min walk to the piste. Friendly staff, breakfast was excellent. Warm boot room with good facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Noisy overnight if window left open with people walking along the road after nightclub.

Great location. Cosy, family run hotel with a spa and a relaxing bar/lounge. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast/hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

Overall very good. Lovely friendly hotel with a great bar. Breakfast was very good and all the staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent ski room and heated ski lockers.

The lighting in the bedroom was very dim and difficult to see at night especially for reading. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee.

Everything was perfect! The room was nice and the staffs were really really friendly. Special thanks to the staff who did everything to made our stay comfortable. There’s also a super comfortable spa in the hotel, perfect for relaxing after a long day skiing!
