All Staff were very kind and helpful! When we arrived, the hotel was open first day in summer season, but everything was well prepared for pleasant stay. Very nice price for 1 night compared with winter season.

The hotel already remembers a lot. :-) :-) :-) Location of swimming pool. The rest area around swimming pool was between restaurant and garden gate to the restaurant. We were disturbed a lot with people walking around.

We had booked a Luxury Room with Mountain view (which I found rather small for the price) and a Family Junior Suite (good size for a couple with two young children). The room had a great view of the mountain both during day time and evening. Nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, but a very small bathroom with only a bathtub option (you would need to be good in gymnastics to take a proper shower), which I found unacceptable. The hotel common areas are really nice and very buzzy every evening. We also had dinner at La Luge, one of the hotel's restaurants. We very much enjoyed both the scenery and the food. Breakfast was very enjoyable offering several quality options. The hotel also offers shuttle service to the ski lifts and back, which is very convenient.

Both room and bathroom size were small for what I would expect from a 5* hotel. Also found unacceptable the lack of a proper shower. You get charged €30 per day for parking your car. Although the hotel offers free shuttle back and forth to the ski lifts, you get charged €4-€6 for an omelette or €12 for eggs benedict. This makes little sense in my option. The layout of the spa area is rather odd. Finally staff could be slightly more service minded.

Amazing hotel! It’s such an authentic place, located in the middle of the town, with the kindest staff. They really understands what hospitality is about. Excellent service, friendly faces, proactive, clean rooms, kids and dog friendly. We are super grateful to Robin and team for making our week so fabulous! Thank you so much! We will be back!!

The staff is amazing. Very helpful and kind, they make all the efforts for your stay be perfect. They helped us with restaurant reservation, ski lessons, ski equipment rent, lift day pass and all kind of information to make us feeling at home. Breakfast was very good too and hotel location is spectacular. I truly recommend Le Blizzard hotel in Val d'Isere!!!

Comfortable, cosy, convenient, impeccably clean, practical and exceptionally well managed hotel. The staff are a credit to the owners and the resident golden retriever adds to the charm and is a local celebrity - found paying visits to other local bars and restaurants. We really couldn’t recommend this place highly enough! Brilliant!

Service, location, parking.

Small rooms and tired plumbing. A faulty waste in bathroom coukd not, or did not get fuxed in the entirety of our stay. Over-busy lounge in the evening.

Loved breakfast and dinner but restaurant heating was so hot we couldnt sit in there long - they need to turn heating down !! Great hotel with amazing staff - the bar is still the best place in the resort to kick back and relax

A wonderful experience. Lovely well-appointed room with great views of the mountain. Fabulous ambience in the hotel lounge and restaurant areas. Buffet breakfast had an excellent range of options fitting in with my gluten free constraints. And nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Scrambled egg tasteless and over cooked. No plain musli or granola without chocolate and other additives
