Amazing winter chalet style hotel right o the slope. It took one minute walking from ski room to ski lift so we were the first on the slopes. Ski resort is great, all pists are groomed daily. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and cozy, staff is super friendly and nice.

Breakfast could include more local products such as French cheese and pastries from boulangerie, not from refrigerator. It was exactly the same during 6 days, no changes at all

Great location with lots of options for food within the group of hotels all in Tignes 2100. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to help us rectify an airport transfer issue.

They could send their welcome email offering support with transfers, ski pass purchase and ski equipment rental much sooner as I had arranged all the above independently but would have used their services - a minor thing in what was a brilliant week.

Breakfast was very good. The Hotel is small as is the restaurant and so all worked really well. The staff were really attentive and things such as scrambled egg trays, orange/apple juice, etc were refilled instantly. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily including towels! Pool water was a bit tepid but we had it to ourselves, sauna was a good size and hot. Towels are supplied within the pool area.

My biggest issue should have been the hotel groups best quality. We had a half board package and was unaware that the meals would be provided in the Hotel groups sister restaurants. Not a problem as they were nearby and a fun way of experiencing different hotels/restaurants. Each restaurant had a 'Half Board' menu that had a fair but not substantial choice of dishes. However if you wished you could choose items from the 'A La Carte' menu to replace the standard fair. However you were charged full price for these items. I would have hoped for and expected that these would have had a supplemented price maybe 30 - 50% cheaper than the list price. This was not the case.

Breakfast was excellent. Choice of hot food, bacon & egg or french style, various breads, pastries, fruit, cold buffet, fruit salad, yoghurt etc... The location was superb in the Village Montana 2 mins walk from Blue run into the Palafour lift and 5 mins walk from the centre. Facilities include spa, pool, small bar area which we didn't use but looked okay. Garage was a bonus as we hired a car from Geneva Airport.

This is picky. We asked for a twin room but it was made up as a double. On the plus side reception got onto housekeeping who put it right within 10 mins.

Staff were really helpful and attentive. Location close to slopes but quiet. Breakfast was peaceful, always somewhere to sit and never very busy. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable.

As its small doesn’t have the facilities of its larger sister hotel but the small pool and sauna were sufficient.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of selections. lots of fresh fruits I really like. I had half board, dinner was at the other 4* hotel 2 minute walk. Beautiful high end restaurant, had cheese bar, 2 dessert bars, gourmet dinner every night with different menu. Best dinners! The ski in ski out is little misleading. You could ski in but not really ski out. Some walk but not bad. The room is very small. I booked 30 days prior at full price, was too expensive for the size of room. Later they offered 40% discount on booking.com to fill the rooms, booking.com honored it so it was a great deal for me. Front desk Maria was so helpful! The previous guest smoked in my room, smelled awful. She went everywhere to look for air re freshener for me. She helped me in everything. Thank you Maria!

The previous guest smoked in the room, smelled awful! There was no other room to change to. Hope they fined that guest a lot of money. I sprayed every day and kept the sliding door open when I was in (very cold), took 5 days before the smell was better.

We loved everything. The location is excellent for ski in and ski out, close to town and everything it has to offer. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything.

The variety of resturants for dinner (included in half board), nice balcony with the mountain view. Ski in and ski out. Decent spa! Steam and sauna were great. Indoor secure parking. Overall we were very satisfied.

Breakfast is the same everyday

The breakfast was very good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved the hotel's location, a short walk and then ski down to the lifts, and close to restaurants. Hotel amenities (pool, sauna, ski room) were great.

Our room was a bit small.

Pretty, well kept, comfortable room, great views, nice staff. Excellent breakfast.

The car park. I struggled to get in and out as the entry is so tight and damaged my hire car, resulting in a hefty bill on return.
