The breakfast was lovely and the soft boiled eggs were perfect. The toaster was a little unpredictable. The staff were amazing.

The room was on the small side and the wardrobe was small so we were unable to unpack/put clothes away completely. I would have liked a bath in the room or a hot tub in the spa. There was a large family of Danes staying at the same time as us who were loud and consuming. They appeared to treat the hotel as their private chalet but I accept that this cannot always be managed to keep everyone happy.

I recently stayed at this cozy hotel in Courchevel, and the experience was simply perfect. The hotel is extremely comfortable and ideally located, just a short walk from the slopes, which is a huge plus for ski enthusiasts. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to meet my needs with a smile. The hotel's spa is also wonderful, providing a relaxing space after a day on the slopes. What really made my stay special was the attention to detail on Women’s Day. The hotel gave me gifts and souvenirs, a touching gesture that truly warmed my heart. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and memorable stay in Courchevel. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

The location and very friendly staff with great hotel management behind them. The breakfast and afternoon tea was great and food variety. Comfortable beds with good size of rooms.

The only thing was annoying is the noise from grooming the slopes, this was the only thing otherwise it was a great hotel and definitely will stat again in this great hotel.

It was an amazing moments we have spent in this hotel. Everything was great, breakfast, workers, hospitality. Guys on the hotel were very helpful, they did many things for us such as booking tickets and restaurants reservations. Also, provided gifts. Also, the perfect moment was Tea break from 3:30 to 6 pm. In general the atmosphere in the hotel makes you love the moment with Antique feeling. I really thanks all members in this amazing hotel and I will definitely back.

The location of the LOZE Hotel was excellent, so close to the lifts the French Ski-School, also the ski-hire faculty actually in the lower level of the Hotel Building was very convenient as was the ski and equipment area adjacent to the hire shop. The large lounge next to the check-in and 24 hour concierge service was somewhere to sit with a drink provided , even cake and afternoon tea and coffee was very welcoming and breakfast served there for everyone until 10.00 a.m brought the guests in contact with each other in a family setting. the staff were all very open , helpful and interested in how we felt about the La Loze experience and Courchevel as a ski- resort

No complaints , we enjoyed a wonderful stay at La Loze and would be back without hesitation, Courchevel is to us St.TROPEZ in the snow.

Location and customer service! The manager was a delight, checking on us daily and with all guests. Front desk was also very kind and so receptive, generally i found the hotel’s customer service wonderful.

For booking there should be a clear description between categories of rooms

ski room is the best I have ever seen. they have a ski shop in the basement and the staff are incredibly helpful with rentals and looking after your gear. The hotel location is amazing and it is a beautiful building with hand painted decorations. superb bed and comfy room.

Hotel lacks a few of the facilities I would expect for such an expensive ski hotel such as hot tubs. Breakfast is very basic - bread cheese and ham with orange juice from a carton and very very overcooked scrambled egg or a burnt omelette. You can survive on it but this room was €600 per night and breakfast should be a bit of luxury.

Ski slope was very big 3 valleys

traveling through the mountains with the three valleys was excellent experience

The location is perfect for skiing. Having the ski store in the basement is perfect for everybody who needs to rent equipment. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

Low roofs in the rooms and rooms seem to be a bit outdated.

fantastic location. great warm feeling. the service was absolutely fantastic from reception, to concierge to housekeeping and catering. everyone always went out their way to do the best for customers.
