The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, exceeding expectations in every way. I believe the low rating might be due to additional charges for extra services, but everything is clearly outlined in the property description. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
I only encountered an issue with the payment process through the website, but they offered me a bank transfer service as an alternative. I hope they can improve the electronic payment system in the future.

The ski area.
although stayed in Chalet de forum before, the new management wasn't welcome and did nothing to accommodate us on any of the problems we had.

I waited 2 hours outside to get the code to the keys which was absolutely horrible.

The location just next to the cable car. Clean and quiet
We came during summer most of shops are closed. No car parking but you can park front of the building. No beds sheets you have to request prior coming

location is prime! it was situated right in the heart of the village so you have access to everything!
The accommodations were very lacking. no beddings and no towels and no soap so it was the most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had. and the beddings were not clean at all.

Location
The property was not clean on arrival, despite having had to pay cleaning fee. There is no oven, only cooking hob. No wine bottle opener. Batteries in the TV remote did not work. Property smelt of cigarettes.

The location of the flat is perfect.
The flat is very expensive for the size and accommodations provided especially compared to the Pierre et Vacances. It is twice the price of the flat in Pierre et vacances while the services provided by Pierres et Vacances are not available : wifi, breakfasts, parkings etc... I was very disappointed by the services provided and the flat.
