Location was great, ski in - ski out was very handy. The rooms were warm and exceptionally clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We hope to return in future years.

The breakfast is straightforward and had everything we needed however on 2nd morning, we went to breakfast an hour later, still well within the breakfast slot, and there was limited selection. Specifically, there was limited fruit and no bread or bacon left. We asked for additional bread but they apparently had none. The ski storage area is a little dated. There is no boot heaters/storage and our skis didn't fit in the ski storage racks. It wasn't a major issue as we just took our boots and skis to our rooms each night but worth noting for awareness.

Everything. You can not beat the location, service, food, staff and ambience. The staff can't do enough for you. Our transfer was late and they kept the restaurant open for us on our first night. They would have left food in our room if we had missed that. Continental breakfast is also provided for early transfers. I requested a particular room and this was arranged even though the hotel was full. The leisure lounge and bar has incredible views and was a perfect place to be when the weather was too bad for skiing. Our whole experience from beginning to end was incredible. Thank you.

Having to leave....

The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was cosy / good enough size for 2 of us. The location of the hotel is great very close to lots of nice bars and restaurants. The ski in ski out facilities also great going straight onto close by lifts.

We unfortunately had an incident on the first night where a close by room was playing loud music to the early hours. As there was no staff in the facility after 11pm this made for a rough night sleep. This was dealt with well by the hotel the next day. Breakfast items were very limited too, after day 3 it was rather mundane and could have done with more options.

The location couldn't have been better - You leave the ski room and you are literally on the pistes - Once you get back, you have 3 options a) Ski directly to the ski room (assuming you come down from La Folie Douce b) You ski down from other parts and take the 3-minute band to ski down directly to the ski room c) You take the side piste and walk 20 meters up to the ski room (if you do not want to wait for 3 minutes at the band) Also, the free breakfast was sublime --- not fancy but everything you need to start the day!

Honestly nothing... I may say that rooms could be bigger, but for the price paid it was a real bargain

There a lot of different type of rooms at the property and based what you get the overall experience might be different. We were in a very nice room with a wonderful view. Not all rooms had the same views/ amenities. I don’t think it’s a big deal as long as people know what to expect when they book the room. Right now that’s not very clear on booking. But again that’s an easy fix

Perfect location and delicious buffet breakfast every morning. The accommodation is right on the mountain with insane views. For the price this is the best accommodation in Val Thorens. Also the girls behind the front desk were extremely helpful and answered any of our questions. Stay again. 100%

Very helpful team. Excellent location for the slopes and the town centre Great showers Quiet rooms Breakfast was healthy and plentiful - coffee machine with plenty of coffee options. Eggs, cheese, ham, cereals, fruit, croissants. etc etc Ski Locker room system works well and straight out onto the slopes

At breakfast, here was a bit of asking and waiting for things to be replenished (spoons, eggcups, yoghurt). Seems to be only 1 person attending and clearing tables at the breakfast slot - may need 1 more as everyone in the hotel seems to have breakfast around the same time so it's busy. Wifi was available but service was poor - you get bounced off and have to repeatedly reconnect

Breakfast was a little crowded at times - lay out possibly improved - we ate one dinner at the hotel and did not particularly enjoy it - there was no choice for dinner menu

breakfast was perfect, plenty of hot and cold food choice and enough to eat. Location was great in light and airy dining room with the views of the ski lifts. Staff were delightful. On a couple of nights i had dinner which was superb. 4 courses one night, fondue another, excellent waiting staff. A truly lovely experience

The lift was a little small. People crammed in at times, but in a multi-level hotel it was tight, but everyone managed!

Ski in/out location. Excellent friendly staff. Given the prices and what’s available I wish we’d taken half board instead of B&B

We had a shower drainage problem that was fixed as soon as we talked to the right person in house keeping.
