Very nice hotel - lobby, restaurant, wellness-) We asked for mountain view room and we got it) Breakfast good, dinner also-) Room was clean. Staff very very helpful and kind. Directly on the slope, you just walk out of the ski room and jump on the fresh track-) Just minor issues: - no vegetables for breakfast - the shower in the spa had no cold water for refreshing after sauna - bathroom is really outdated compared to the rest of the room and hotel ammenities - each dinner we had the same cutlery for starter and main meal, the waitress always put the cutlery back from the finished plate on our table, so we had to clean it for next meal - that was kind of weird😂

Hotel was in a great location. Lovely bar and restaurant. Spa was nice but wierdly had a camera in it which wasn't comfortable. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and happy to accommodate vegetarian meals in the evening. Ski in and out from the boot room. Seemed to be a hotel that you could stay at for just a few days midweek if you didn't want the full week

Rooms were a little tired and could do with an overhaul. Step in and out of the bath for a shower really needs to be improved to a walk in shower. No elevator in the hotel so be prepared to lug bags up and down several flights of stairs. Request a room on the nearest floors to the bar and restaurant if you don't fancy all the stairs several times a day

The Alberta hotel was a lovely surprise from the minute that we walked in. We were a family of adults and we had 2 rooms. One of our rooms was upgraded and this was a lovely surprise. The location was excellent. It is right on the snow with lovely views of the mountain and you can ski down to lifts and back home when you have finished your day of skiing. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They arranged our transfers which were cheaper than we could organise ourselves and assisted with all of our inquiries. The breakfast was great and the evening meal was great and perfect after a day of skiing. I have definite intentions to return to this hotel.

Wow. Loved it all. The room is basic but really doesn't mean much with all you get. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the dinner is a sit down 3 course meal and you have 2 choices with each course to choice from. The food is very good as well. The staff is the best. Its a small hotel so you will see the same employees for breakfast and dinner. They are very friendly and the manager is always around to make sure things are running well. The location you can't beat. From the locker room and you walk right on the slopes. Grocery store and activities about a 5 min walk.

With the hot tub was a little bigger. 4 people are allowed in at once and it would be a little crowded at that.

The dinners were DELICIOUS! Breakfast was great too. Staff was very friendly. Loved waking up each day to the breakfast, coming back and spending time in the spa, and then having a fantastic 3 course meal with a wood burning fireplace in the entrance. The spa setup was great to limit into 6 people at a time and informally rotate between sauna and hot tub with the 2-3 other people in there with us.

Bathroom was a little tight but probably common—you are staying on a mountain with limited real estate. We had wall to wall windows of the mountains :)

This was a last minute booking and it really felt like we had lucked out Almost everything was excellent about this hotel, the food, the location, the relaxation area and not to forget the staff who were all excellent If I was to be critical on anything then I would say the rooms are a little dated and ours was quite small. It had 2 single beds and a bunk bed and while there was only 2 of us in the room would have been really tight with 4 including gear But that aside I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something right in the slopes in VT

The bedrooms could do with an upgrade (at least the one we had) - not sure if others in the hotel have already been upgraded as lobby and restaurant and relaxation areas had all clearly been upgraded recently

clean and tidy excellent friendly staff great food downstairs lovely... Spa was a real treat bedrooms are slightly dated and bathrooms on the small side but it's all well presented everything works fine the position and views have to be best in area ski in and ski out of locker room., less than a 5 minute walk into all the action but located in a quiet area. it's sensibly priced and the staff are just amazing ..... strongly recommend

Location is great with ski in/ski out option. Slightly further up the hill from the shops and bars but only a 5 min walk. About a 15 minute walk from the bus station. The spa is great and a lovely way to relax after a days skiing, we used it every evening. The food was lovely and they catered for vegetarian, the drinks in the bar were also very reasonably priced. The staff were professional, friendly and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were very soft so we asked for extra, which wasn’t a problem.

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place. The staff is fantastic. Especially Camille (who went above and beyond on numerous occasions) and the lovely gentleman with the mustache put a smile on our face on a daily basis. The housekeeping team was also great. The food that was severed had high quality options, nice table settings with beautiful views of the slopes, and again impeccable service. True ski in and ski out.

The location: Ski in/out; 2 min walking from central medic, place do buy the ski passes, ski rental and a few restaurants; I like the 3 meals dinner that was included in our reservation; The spa was great as well;

The hotel does not offer spaces to interact with friends, for play some games for example; They have some seats at the reception but that’s it; They also don’t have a lot of flexibility if you want to invite external people to have dinner at the restaurant due to space limitations.
