All the staff are very helpful and nice, esp the ones who work in the ski boutique. They are very accommodating and gave us valuable advice! Prices at the ski boutique r very reasonable too! Emily who works at the reception is very helpful too! She helped us to get an airport transfer at the very last minute that really saved us a lot of money. Cuz our original transfer was an hour late! Their breakfast is great too! Good variety and delicious! I’ll definitely come back.

Water in the hot tub is not warm enough! Sound proof of the rooms need improvement. But the parties usually end b4 11pm. So, it’s not a big problem!

Perfect location, close to ski lifts as well as many restaurants, bars etc. Very good breakfast. The hotel has a ski rental which is very convenient. Great terrace with a beautiful view of ski slopes, with djs playing on selected days.

Nothing big, really. If anything, it would be nice to have a fridge/mini bar in the room. I would also suggest adding a creamer to the coffee/tea set in the room (I also didn't find hot milk for a coffee at breakfast).. Check out at 10 is a little bit early.

The hotel is modern, clean and stylish. The staff are professional and the breakfasts just what you need before a day on the slopes.

We knew the hotel held apres ski parties between 2pm and 7pm a couple of times a week. Sadly, Val Thorens now seems to attract very loutish individuals, not staying at the hotel, but hanging around outside to listen to the music. They were rude, noisy and urinating up the walls of adjacent apartments in daylight and full view from our room. It spoilt our holiday.

The location is superb and the sauna / steam room area is excellent too. The room was serviced every day and left spotless. The food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent.

The lifts are too small to cope when the hotel is busy. Service in the restaurants is very slow. I got food poisoning during my stay, as did at least four other guests that I spoke to. The only common factor was that we all had the hotel buffet breakfast. The cold breakfast items are fine but the hot breakfast items left a little to be desired. Soggy hash browns and cold beans. Surely it's not asking too much in a €500 / night hotel for there to be an option to get a freshly made omelette or poached eggs? Instead you're left with a choice between communal scrambled eggs or cooking your own soft-boiled eggs in a water bath. Also, what's the point of having a bar in the boot room if it's never open?!

The hotel location was excellent, and its staff very friendly. The general atmosphere in the hotel, throughout the resort, and on the slopes = modern/fresh, well though out. Absolutely no "logistical" difficulty.

The entrance corridor of the room was not at all lit, and it was kind of difficult to put/find your stuff in the storage space that was available exactly in the corridor.

Good breakfast(but same every day), real ski in ski out, nice lockers, very nice modern design good location ( not perfect), nice stuff

They could offer better pillows for the bed and better service during breakfast, sometimes you had to ask them 3 times for your coffee. Also, Somehow the weekend we stayed and the following days there wasn’t any apres ski, despite the fact that the hotel posts about it on social media frequently

Single Beds too small (only a small 3 ft single so you feel as though you are falling out), pillows very small and uncomfortable, breakfast foods and drinks luke warm, rooms too hot.

Everything- location, vibe, quality of hotel and service. Perfect choice for our holiday

Maybe different lunch time menu choice as it was the same as the evening menu and we would prefer a lighter choice with more sandwiches/salads etc at lunchtime

It was a great place. I’m happy we got to stay there. I was really great that they organized my Ski transfers and Instructor for me.

A bit bummed the hammam was out of service
