The location of the hotel is super, comfort in the room, spa at a high level. Wonderful, friendly and professional staff in the lounge bar. the guys in the ski service are excellent and good equipment

Reception employees who are not in a hurry to find solutions to the problem, but refer you to other services or for tomorrow. Very bad service in the main restaurant. It was very strange and unpleasant to encounter this in a hotel of this level. The kitchen was surprising in a bad way. We ordered the same dish for several people and everyone received completely different quality. When the waiter was told about this and asked to invite the cook, the cook did not come, and there was no apology from the kitchen. I don't recommend ordering dinner in the price of your stay, it's not nice to be held hostage by such poor quality at a 5 star price.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! If you are capable to ski the blue trails, you can easely use ski in/ski out facility in this hotel. The breakfast is excellent. The spa is perfect as well. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. In the 3 excellent restaurants, Cindy, Annabelle, Anthony, Giorgia, Joseph, and Timothe provided exceptional service, with delicious dishes. James and Nathan in the ski shop were very helpful and assisted us on finding the perfect equipment for our adventures on the snow. Ana Paula (the housekeeping team) kept our room clean and comfortable. And finally, Michel, Arthur, and Manu at the reception were always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel shuttles works all the day, till 10pm kindly driving us to the village center and to come back to the hotel. The team at this hotel really makes the difference! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel in France! The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—truly a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. Breakfast was top-class, with a wide selection of delicious options to fuel us for the day ahead. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The ski-in, ski-out access was a total game-changer, making our time on the mountain so seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that offers such amazing amenities and service for such great value for money. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back for another unforgettable stay!

A good place to stay in Val Thorens - the bar and fireplace is a nice place to rest after ski. The ski shop is very attentive and helpful. Restaurants provide a good choice of different types of food but keep in mind booking for all days of stay on the date of arrival. Spa and pool is a must for visit especially after ski.

Cleaning and maintaining the rooms shall be improved. For a 5 star and this price tag it is not what expected. Shuttle service - at the end of skiing it is a rush hour and it can take half an hour to be picked up. Laundry service is poor - all stains are not cleaned, clothes are just refreshed.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the rooms were beautifully designed. We were truly pampered with a two-story room offering a breathtaking view of the mountains. The ski-in/ski-out access was very convenient, and the breakfast was delicious—though a bit more variety would be appreciated for longer stays, as it can become repetitive. The lobby exudes a charming atmosphere, and the pool and saunas are quite enjoyable. However, we found the pool water and surrounding area a little too cool for our taste, though that might just be our personal preference. Overall, this relatively new and stylish hotel, along with its friendly staff and great spa facilities, made for an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Location, style, ski shop all excellent. Staff lovely but fully informed so we received frustrating incorrect information.

Breakfast limited and long wait for hot drinks. TV not smart, not connected to the internet so only one English Channel for news and could not watch Netflix etc even with chrome cast via phone to tv, not great if having a quiet night in. Staff gave incorrect information re timings for ski shop and shuttle. Hot drinks a breakfast took a long time. At these high prices we expect these little things to be the extra special difference so we were a little disappointed.

Staff at the reception, the ski room and the wellness were very welcoming and went out of their way to be of service. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

We were on breakfast only. We had diner a few times in the restaurant. Overall good (breakfast with a lot of choice, but bit short staffed to be able to order a choice of eggs) with prices comparable to restaurants in town. Location was about 10min walk from center of town.

nice property, nice rooms, very good location for ski in-ski out. the food and service in the restaurant was very good. the spa was nice.

the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. a little firm but may be personal preference. neither of us slept well and both woke up aching. the price of drinks in the hotel bar are ridiculous. we appreciate it is a 5 star hotel but charging 18€ for 2 lattes and 45€ for 2 gin and tonics is well beyond reasonable. it made us find somewhere else to drink which is a shame as it’s a nice bar.

Very nice room, clean and well equipped. Very good infrastructure for skiers, including ski-out/ski in to the slopes. Great view from the room. Complimentary water deliveries were twice a day, great. Good food in restaurants.

Swimming pool/saunas are pretty limited (I'm not sure about dedicated SPA area) - pool is fine, but not to many beds, small sauna (finish only), no jaccuzi.
