Very good family hotel to ski in La Plagne. It has a great spa with a pool, sauna, hammam and ice room, parking (payable) and a good activity area for families with quite spacious play zone for kids (with different games, arcades, etc) and a drink zone for adults. Family rooms are not very big, but kids zone in a room with double bed is definitely a good idea. Breakfasts also are quite good with a machine for squeezing oranges. And they have a very good ski/snowboards rental shop with just amazing staff! Guys, you're amazing! Very welcoming and supportive!

The rooms are a bit outdated, it's not critical, but it feels like they need to be updated in the future. In addition, the ventilation was not perfect, and we had to constantly open the windows.

Ski shop were very helpful, Spa was lovely (children enjoyed the junior massage), room were large and nice alcove with bunk beds for the children. Kids area in the bar was good and the children enjoyed the free sweets, popcorn and hot chocolate.

Hotel was too hot, we had the doors and windows in our room open all the time. Could save energy by turning the temp down by about 5C. Food in restaurant at dinner was poor and expensive if you didn't pay for dinner included with your stay, but service was great and staff were very friendly

The hotel has great interior spaces for everything: lots of nice books, a large arcade area with free games, a pool table, bars and drink station (with reusable glass bottles for drinking water), plus a nice spa. Perfect for apres-ski hours. The rooms are cozy and clean. All the rooms are close to the lift but are also quiet. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate the restaurant and ski shop employees. The buffet breakfast and dinner offer good choices of food.

The garage door is on a slope and quite narrow, a bit challenging to get in.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the ski lifts. The staff is exceptionally kind, the rooms are spacious and pleasant and families with children have a perfect solution with the spa complex, the pools, the playground and more. The ski shop is also great, with a very professional and helpful staff.

The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow and with a large vehicle there is a gap of millimeters. Vegetarians/vegans have a little less choice at dinner and a lack of vegetables in general, even at breakfast.

Proximity to the slopes. Staff at ski shop were very helpful every morning to get the skis at the front of the hotel. Buffet at breakfast and dinner was varied and staff were very attentive to the guest. Facilities in terms of bar, spa, games arcade were a great addition for after ski entertainment. The staff at reception were available to assist with ski passes and transfers to airport.

Although a buffet style restaurant the quality of food at the hotel exceeded our expectations, the public areas and bar were great, with a lively atmosphere and the Spa although compact was very good quality. There was a really good choice in the restaurant and high quality execution even though buffet style. The service was brilliant from every team member we had contact with, including the restaurant, reception and the ski shop. It was a pleasure dealing with anyone at the hotel and we remarked on it being good in every department, which is unusual to get that level of consistency everywhere in the hotel. Hats off to the management and training!

The rooms are on the small side. Plenty of room for the bed and bathroom but storage was an issue. We had two suitcases as we were staying a week and there were some small shelves but no wardrobe space and no space for the suitcases so it felt very cramped. We couldn’t actually fully unpack. However, it was a minor issue and if you travel light no problem or if like us you tend to take too much stuff with you then booking one of the larger rooms available would probably be better for you.

The hotel is amazing, the staff have been very well trained and are exceptionally polite and patient. The pool and spa area were just what we needed and not too busy. The bar staff made the experience super special and the facilities for kids is second to none. Beds were incredibly comfortable. We will be back

The only thing is the rooms aren’t big so careful unpacking is required. Didn’t spoil it at all as the hotel space makes up for it.

The spa was lovely and very nice to use. The room was very comfortable. The food at dinner was very good, tasty and varied Sweets and pop corn in the bar and free coffee

The room was a little warm - would have been good to be able to adjust heat.
