Location is great; ski-in, ski-out, even in late Spring. Food was good - not restaurant quality but it's a buffet, not a restaurant. Lots of variety including vegetarian options. Bar area is spacious and drinks are well priced. Great service. Room was very spacious, and we had a wonderful view.

I mean, you get what you pay for. The carpet in the room was pretty sparse, and there are no tea or coffee making facilities. The ski / boot lockers aren't heated and would be great if they were. But this is a budget option and great value for money.

Perfect location - ski in ski out direct on a green run. The hotel room had three rooms with one en-suite , one shower and separate toilet . More than we expected for a family of 5 . The buffet breakfast had a great selection to choose from and my fave were the fresh warm croissants and the evening meal had a different theme each night .

The rooms were very basic and could be a bit cleaner

if you want a hassle free family holiday then this is the place for you. great family rooms with two toilets and showers due to them being interconnecting, great choice of breakfast and dinner. Ski in ski out, outside and undercover parking available.

Housekeeping only comes once a week, because we weren’t staying the entire week but leaving the day after housekeeping was due, our room got missed, which meant no clean towels for 4 days, but nothing reception couldn’t sort out. There’s evening entertainment every night but to manage expectations of anyone going who doesn’t speak French, it’s all in French…although you will get the gist of it!

We arrived on Saturday and after having to wait in the queue we got the room key... going up there, opening the door.... was the room already occupied by a family. Pretty alward. So back to reception, took them probably 30 minutes to investigate and then we got a temporary smaller room for the night and the next morning we had to swap, at 10, could not be later so we postponed our skiing a little... and at 10 the room was not ready so swap at the end of the day. The room are simple, just beds and toilet and shower, no seating. Its old, functional but old. Bed was comfortable. Old carpet on the floor. The whole place looks like it has not been updated for at least 15 years. Food was ok, plenty of choice. Location to get onto the slopes very good, straight onto the slope, altough near the end of the stay a short walk due to snow conditions but cant blame the hotel for that.

Location is great at the slopes

Hotel is made for budget holidays for families with kids in range of 4-10 years old. Buffet style breakfast and dinner was too massive for our taste and the quality was below expectations. Reception opened only at 5pm on day of arrival and staff did not speak English. Parking options were praised in reviews but were not available when we came. This is not hotel fault, but people should be aware that there is a chance that a parking spot must be found elsewhere. Number of restaurants or shops in proximity of the hotel is limited. The hotel is uphill from the heart of Les Menuires.

Easy stay with an all inclusive package. The food options were good. The staff helpful. Easy with a bus right outside the door taking us between the hotel and the center of Les Menuires. Normally (when more snow), you could easily ski from the hotel. The shower in the room was nice after a full day skiing.

The whole complex need a big clean and freshen-up. The room had a "old" smell. The carpets are dirty, the bed hard, the bathroom very small and old. The area where the ski´s were stored, was wet and smelly and quite cramp with a lot of people fighting for space at the same time. This is a hotel good for family´s - less so for singles/couples.

Good location, rentals on site

Room had black mold on the ceiling, bathroom smelled like sewage, ski room very crowded and stinky - staff not very helpful in giving information about rentals or other offerings.
