The room is brand new, fitted with everything you might need. There are two separate bathrooms, but only one toilet (in a separate room). The kitchen is excellent, with a dishwasher and all appliances necessary. Balcony has a great mountain view and the garage is heated, with a height of 2.1m, enough for an SUV with a mounted roof box, which is great if you want to go to a different starting location for skiing (for example if Bettex is closed, and you want to drive to Les Menuires), you don't have to take your skis out of the box. There is also a ski room, with large cabinets for all your gear, and the ski boots are heated when placed on the rack. The entire hotel seems to have been renovated this summer, based on the previous reviews stating that it needs a refresh.

The heating is quite weak and centrally controlled, so you can't do anything about the temperature in the room. If you have space in your luggage, bring a portable heater. The spa center is only free before 17h, and after that it is 17 euro per person, which I believe is in order to lower the crowdedness in the spa, but the pool (with temp of around 29 C) is free and you can visit until 19h every day without notice.

The location. Ski in ski out, in a quiet area with some bars and restaurants and only a 10min walk to the buzz of the Croisette. Modern, comfortable apartment with lots of room although there was only 3 of us.

No oven, only a microwave. The swimming pool was cold. Apparently there is a MMV app you download which has all the information of nightly activities, snacks, pool times etc on but no one informed us of that so we felt we were missing some information that would have been useful. You can also hear a lot of noise from upstairs - mostly scraping chairs but you get used to it.

Property was clean and welcoming. Proximity to ski hire, free bus (although ski in/out as well) and supermarket all excellent.

We waited 1.5hrs to check in even though we provided an arrival time as requested. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was boarded over.

The location to ski lifts etc was very good. Les Menuires is a little quieter and so on one occasion when I got a taxi in the evening to Val Thorens it cost 90 euro which was a complete rip off. (There are some shuttle buses but not regular in the evenings). The apartment was nice and well equipped although we would have liked a second toilet for a family of 6! The rooms are warm and cosy although the mattresses are not very comfortable! (however after a days skiing you sleep well anyway!)

Variety of restaurants in Les Menuires is limited. Would be nice to have some 'take away' restaurants for an alternative to eating in the hotel or cooking.

Nicely appointed apartment, with good staff who followed up any problems very quickly. Very good restaurant and welcoming staff. We liked the ability to ski down to the lift from the boot room in the morning. Straightforward checkout arrangements.

Lack of clear information in English about the ski pass deal available at the accommodation. An overload of messages and promotions sent after we made our booking.com reservation - there were so many that I missed some important information.

It wqs very cold in the apartment. The heating didn’t work. It was our third time staying in this hotel and it was never cild like this year

Modern 2 bedroom apartment with decent sofa, kitchen, coffee machine and power showers. Good view and direct access to piste outside apartment in the morning. Reception staff were great (Sarah). Great on site restaurant that we ended up going to four times because it was great family food , with various local and international dishes at reasonable prices and really good staff.

Main bedroom has very little storage. Floors weren’t clean and a few things needed mending. Skiing back to the property means you have to get a specific lift (Roc 1, or Bettex) before the lifts close. Otherwise it’s a bus home, but these were pretty frequent from Menuires Croizette)

Comfortable apartments, great access to the piste (on the doorstep), easy access & parking. Plenty of options to eat out in Croisette area. 3 Valleys ski area is excellent. Ski shop on site, which is handy when you have kids.

No oven in the apartment, however, we were able to borrow a portable device from reception. Swimming pool was overrun with little kids - this is probably not an issue outside of school holidays. No general sauna / jacuzzi access - have to book in advance, which seems unusual for a ski apartment property.

- check-in 5 pm, checkout 8-10 am. - The room was dirty, we had to clean it ourselves. sofa was full of hair and breadcrumbs from previous people - all the surfaces had dust, we had to to wet cleaning ourselves, before we could put our clothes there - room was missing a blow dryer, and soap or any shower gel/shampoo. we had to go to the reception to ask for both items for 1st day before we could go to the shop. - there was a smell from kitchen/restauran through the ventilation. that maybe specifics of our apartment

room very spacious, great facilities, we had an issue with a shower and it was fixed the next day. Great to be able to put the ski in lockers, and go straight to the slopes.

breakfast starts at 8am which can be short to then bring kids to their ski lessons. Also on 2 occasions, the breakfast selection was not ready and not displayed. Evening meals very good, long wait of the service. But that was with half board, you have a nice kitchen in the apartment.
