‏On one of the days, I took a shower and there was no hot water, only a bit warm (closer to cold then hot) When I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM, I was supposed to take a key to the room, that they have preprepared for me according to the message they've sent. The key wasn't where they said it would be. I was after a long long day traveling, and I really didn't know what to do. I couldn't even call the emergency number because I didn't had a sim card. I thought I would have to start searching for a place to stay for the knight, when it was freezing outside with snow on the ground, and exhausted. I want to be compensated

Hotel is great. Everything was excellent. They even have a store in a hotel.

I liked everything. May be it is a bit expensive, but the rest is OK, so I do not mind.

Nice and modern equipped rooms, especially the bathrooms. Sunny till the late afternoon, you can enjoy it on the balcony. Ski-to-door. If you are travelling with group of friends, you can request rooms close to each other. Nice and helpful staff. Good value for the money.

The apartment was perfectly placed for me and gave direct access to the ski slopes.

Nothing all was as I would have wanted. Well maybe the getting of the key to the apartment could have been better organised.

Staffs and Owner are very sympathetic. We got a great stay. We will be back.

Room size was massive and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Great location- ski in ski out. Staff were helpful and friendly. The centre of the village was easily accessible by lift. Ski hire shop in the hotel was very good value and lift pass station was practical. The ski resort itself was fantastic for all levels of skiers.

The hotel was very hard to get to at first. There is a lift from the centre of the village to the hotel but we were not told this before our arrival. It meant we ended up walking a long road route up the mountain to get there. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great- there is an option to pay a cleaning fee (which is expensive) or you can choose to clean the room yourself. I imagine most people clean themselves which is why it seemed fairly unclean given the hotel provided limited cleaning equipment.

Excellent location with direct access to the slopes. Convenient ski room (would be even better if it were on same floor as access to pistes). Large and comfortable sofa bed.

Very small room. Stiff bed mattresses.
