Ski area is second to none. Good access to slopes, ski in, ski out

Appartement is small, especially if you plan to max it out. Kitchen small and minimalistic with provided tools and supplies. It is fully unbelievable that a winter resort is not providing snow shovels to access parked car, as they regularly snow in. Snow management is very poor and only provided in some areas. We collected 3 hours delay due to above.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and functional and the beds comfortable. The location was quite good - it was about 10 mins to get down to the Croisette, with shops and restaurants. You could ski to near the property (but down a run that wasn’t the most convenient to get to) and had to walk about 100m to ski out.

The one-bedroom apartment was quite tight for a family of four. When the sofa-bed is open there is no space in the living room. But it works, and you get what you pay for!

Clean functional accommodation.

To get from the room to the ski slope was further than expected and took a lot of effort.

Reception team v v poor didn’t even know where or room was. 3 times they sent us to wrong building. A cleaner had to correct them and show us our room. Only one toilet (in bathroom) for 6 people. Radiator’s in bedrooms didn’t work. Pointless ski room on 3rd floor with NO access to slopes !!!

Lots of parking places and the location was reasonable. Nice big bathroom. Convenient little market, bar, pizza place, and ski shop in the Brelin building.

The appartment was TINY and poorly maintained (I had to screw a door lock back on and various other things were falling off the walls). There was zero storage - we had to organize our suitcases along a wall as a make-shift closet. Access to skiing or the commerical building was difficult (two elevators).

Location

No guest car park - although advertised that it did. Charge for deposit and had to clean the apartment before we left. Layout of the building - apartment miles away from reception. The ski room in our building was awful - small, difficult to get to, difficult to get in. Just not suitable.

Room was not very clean on entry, one of our towels was covered in dirt/grass. (however was replaced prompty). Guests are expected to do all of their own cleaning, with an excessively expensive deposit of 300 euro at risk if not to standard. Accomodation on slopes is difficult to get to without local knowledge of free Funicular, the accomodation didn't in any way help to communicate this knowledge leading to a very stressful check in. Building is completely separate and difficult to get to. Ski equipment room small and difficult to get to.

The resort was ok mainly but the accommodation was in need of renovation and levels of comfort in the accommodation for today's market poor.

accommodation was poor bed uncomfortable and its unacceptable to have dogs barking all night - Dogs should not be allowed at such a facility, it is a health risk to have dog mess in the snow especially in the training areas that children and adults learn to ski in and fall when learning - the resort should put in a compulsorily dog area and dogs should be banned from all ski areas immediately - to see a child with dog mess on its face and hands was horrific on a different level ! The lift from the main resort to the accommodation has 2 lifts in place but only one was working which made moving from the resort to accommodation both slow and annoying - both lifts need to be operating at all times.
