We only stayed for one night to sleep before continuing our journey, so I can't say much. The room was decent, and the breakfast was quite good.

If you arrive late in the evening, there are no free parking spaces near the hotel and it's unclear where to park the car. Eventually, we found a spot when someone left, but if we hadn't found one, we would have had to park far away.

This hotel is especially worth coming to due to its very nice wellness center. We took the Spa access option with out room, that I highly recommend. The room is fine, but not exceptional, but the spa is wonderful. It has several basins with massage jets, hammam, sauna, external jacuzzi, and very few people there on week days. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The restaurant is also very nice and the personnel is competent, helpful and attentive

Lack of clarity, we booked dinner. On arrival we were told that we were not eligible for Demi-pension, very good value with additional choices, but had to order from A La Carte. They messed up our order and apologized by giving us a 5 th plate of main course, all very lovely- next day reception said we were eligible for the Demi-pension which would have offered more choice.

Children could not use any of the thermal spa facilities. Apart from walking, very little to do in the area. You need a car to explore.

Hotel in a good location for Valmorel and Naves..Some great walks around. The staff are helpful and friendly..An excellent restaurant and good breakfast. The room is a.good size. Great spa at reasonable price.

Room let down by poor bathroom with an old fashioned shower over the bath. The shower head attached too low down and the side of the shower was too short. Impossible to avoid water in n the bathroom. Needs updating.

Good breakfast, nice and clean room, pool area, free parking, good dinner when ordering 3 course menu, nice staff even if they did not understand English, pretty close to many ski areas

Beautiful hotel and a stunning spa attached to it too. Great way to end the day. Morning breakfast was great too. Clean and comfortable bed and room.

Breakfast, dinner and bar were excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Air conditioning wasn't working - even when we had it set at 18 degrees it was still too hot in the room.
