The Best placed hotel in Courchevel WHAAAAAT A VIEEEEEW And the staff was GREAT!!!!! Alex wait for us and help us for everything Girls on the reception and the guys in the restaurant are unique Every day they help us for our baby to be happy and not hungry THANK YOU!!!!

our favourite hotel each year. the receptionists are amazing, friendly and speak very good English. waited on us hand and foot. a lovely lady gave my 5 year old a Christmas present to take back for her. and they even saved us €9 to bring me a tea bag and sugar instead of room service. just lovely and genuine and love the job. highly recommend and will see you next year🎿🏔❤️

Location - 200m from the Jardin Alpin lift, free access for pedestrians down to Courchevel centre. On-site free parking. Excellent views over the lake towards the Biollay & Coqs ski lifts. Staff - all the staff we met were extremely kind and happy, and always happy to help.

Our room had a bath with shower over but it didn’t have a screen/curtain so there was no way to prevent water going everywhere when showering. The hallways smelt of cigarette smoke, probably from people smoking on their balcony’s, not a fault of the hotel but maybe something could be done to improve the smell when getting off the lift. Lots of reviews talk of how dated the rooms are, yes the suites are old but the positives far outweigh any negatives.

it’s in a stunning location , the view from our room was spectacular , we had a family room 1x double bed1 bunk bed , hot water for shower or bath never a problem, ok bar lounge area and restaurant with a view to die for breakfasts hot buffet and evening meals with a good menu to choose from ,

location to slopes was perfect nearly almost ski in ski out beautiful view of the piste and lake, breakfast was fab!

room was very dated, toilet handle was broken no curtain or door for shower to room got drench when showering very noisy from other rooms even being on the top floor

Hotel is a bit dated but it’s not a major problem

Really nice location, close to chairlift and within walking distance to town. Also there is a shuttle that leaves regularly from Courchevel 1850 to local lodges

It really was my fault for not asking the cost, but the taxi from hotel to bus station (about 1.5 mile, 5 min drive) was $40. We should have walked at 5 am in the morning, even though it was snowing heavily (the shuttle doesn't start that early). It was really overpriced and not worth it.

Everything was perfect for us! I booked this originally for my partners 30th birthday. When we arrived the hotel had put some balloons and given us a little gift to celebrate which was lovely and so kind. The hotel reception staff always went above and beyond for us and the views from the hotel were incredible. It is definitely been an incredible experience and I cannot wait to come back!

Slightly more variety for the breakfast buffet.

We received an upgrade to lake view room. The view is really worth the extra cost. Superb! Breakfast has good quality food and the staff works to keep the tables clean. The location is excellent. Close to the forest near the lake and with beautiful mountain view. The room was always very clean. The staff was working really hard to make us feel great.

Maybe some vegetables at breakfast would be nice.
