The best part about this property is its staff. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room is immaculately clean, quite large for this place and location. The mattress is firm and we liked it this way. Bathroom is good except no shelf above the sink, so literally no place to leave a watch on while taking a shower. The ski room is a little trip to the dungeon in the basement; but we were on vacation and I viewed it as an additional exercise. I was able to ski down all the way to the front door of the hotel- but it is only possible when the streets of town are full of snow, not just the mountains. The bar downstairs is good, liked the ambiance. Also, the breakfast is very tasty, everything is fresh and delicious. We will come back and will stay here again!

Ski room is too far

THE LOCATION. This is a great little gem in the otherwise vast expanse of over-indulgence that is Courchevel. It is nestled in a fantastic location: a 5 minute walk from all the important places at 1850: the ground transportation hub, bus depot, the super swanky shopping area, the ski hub (La Croissete, where there are several lifts, ski rental, lift tickets, ski instruction, and great outdoor cafes where you can watch the action on the slopes). THE AMAZING STAFF. They are really devoted to taking care of the guest. Their super friendly helpfulness and attention to detail is unparalleled, from the wide variety of room amenities provided, the superb linens, the comfortable bed, the snacks and coffee in the room to the overall cleanliness. The excellent free breakfast, and the cozy bar where you won’t pay the typical exorbitant Courchevel 1850 prices.

Not enough English channels on the TV.

The hotel was in a fantastic location literally 100m from the slopes. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The WiFi coverage was very good in the room. Value for money - it would be very difficult to find as much bang for your buck anywhere near to this hotel.

I had read previously read comments regarding noise at night from a local club, our room was directly opposite that establishment and we experienced no issues at all. It is a small and very busy town so ultimately some level of noise should be expected.

The bar was an excellent place for breakfast and an early evening drink. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, in particular Lucille who shared her local knowledge about restaurants and the best lift to access the slopes which really added to our enjoyment.

The ski room is a bit glum! Also we had a room at the back of the building. Very comfortable but the view onto the bleak wall opposite spoiled the ambiance - a voile curtain to disguise the view and add to a sense of luxury in the room would be a welcome addition.

Fantastic location, Family room was functional, bathroom was clean and looked like it was recently refurbished, staff were very helpful, parking available in nearby carpark, less than a 5min walk to the main lift/ski school area.

Excellent location (good restaurants nearby and short walk to lifts) , lovely helpful staff, nice bar.

The place was exactly how it was described we were not expecting a 5 star experience for the excellent price in such an expensive location.

Breakfast included was nice, parking is nearby but not free, the storage locker for skis was nice. Great location in town! Rooms are cozy and perfect for a ski trip

Rooms are a bit small and the bathroom door was broken. Having a mini fridge would have been nice.

Hotel was in a great location, staff were excellent, very helpful and always smiling, making you very welcome. Breakfast was really good, plenty to fill up on for the day ahead. We caught the free bus to Aquamotion for swimming and spa , that was also excellent. Its not cheap in Courchevel but the little French take away across from the hotel was very good value and good price, the hotel was happy for us to take our food in the bar, drinks in the hotel bar are reasonable.

Our room needed a wardrobe, the paster was falling off the wall by the patio door. We also had a damp patch of water from a leak outside the bathroom on the carpet. I have asked to be compensated as the room was not 100%. I would also have liked to see some deck chairs on the balcony, as we had some lovely sunny days and could have sat in the sun for a while.

I recently stayed at Madame VacanVES , and it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a breathtaking view, making every moment truly memorable. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect blend of luxury, stunning scenery, and top-notch service.

Location and enough space.

They didn't mention that the hotel is closed, with nobody inside between the official check in hours. it would have been a useful information, because it's one thing to be able to do the actual checkin and another thing not to be able to get in at all, and have to literally sit in the street with the luggages. Also, def reserve the parking space.
