Great breakfast , Nice bar and restaurant with a chill out space up top so you dont have to sit in your room.

Staying in the four dorm the influx of guests is a lot as most are staying for one night to catch the train or to get up the mountain the next day . Be prepared to be woken up in the middle of the night, every night. Go for a capsule instead which i did which gives you privacy and a great sized changing room.

The property was super clean and not very far from the main bus station. There was a small super market just opposite to the property which was really convenient for us. We stayed in a dorm. The dorm was ensuite and very spacious , there was kitchen facility as well inside the room. Bed was comfy it even had comparatively good sized lockers for every boarder.

The property had hold 100 euro on my card for accidental damage purposes in the time of check in which was neither mentioned anywhere in the booking description nor I was informed earlier. It would have been good to be aware of such information earlier.

I booked a bed in dormitory. But thanks to "technical issue", the reception upgrade my reservation into a capsule. Having a single capsule room is no doubt better than a dormitory bed! The restaurant in the hotel is also quite nice, serving self-service breakfast and posh meals. But the waitor & waitress there are always very busy and not too friendly. The reception is super helpful and explained to me all the information I need to know during checkin. They also have a laundry room with dryer (extra charge)! That's exactly what a hiker need after two long hiking days.

However, since there's no window or AC in the capsule room, it got so hot at night that I could barely sleep. I heard some other guests saying the same thing during breakfast. And for safety reasons, you have to swipe the card to enter the shower room / toilet / laundry room / the front door of all the capsule rooms / your own capsule. It is safe, but definitely not very convenient. Plus, the sockets are behind the bed. I have to move out the bed to get my devices charged lol I hope the house-cleaning team wouldn't be too surprised to see furnitures being re-arranged.

Clean and well decorated

Travelled alone slept in a dorm - showers en-suite however it’s an open air cubicle, no locks for cubicles, part of door is translucent (opaque middle section), no dry area to hang clothes in shower… fine if you’re traveling with family but it was strange to know that my room mates could hear every movement I made in the shower while washing myself, also no where to put clothes, and that they could also easily just open the shower door… also no windows as in basement.

Good but modest breakfast buffet. Good central location. Rooms are not the most luxurious but OK. Was a bit annoying that the ventilator made some noise and that you couldn't turn it off. Other than that, the room met what I needed for a skiing trip: clean, spacious enough, good shower, good bed, good view, good breakfast, friendly staff, good central location

The whole hotel was clean with excellent facilities from car parking, luggage storage, large breakfast and dinner area which was brilliant for our large group of 12. I personally had a private room on this occasion but have previously stayed at the property in a dormitory and as you expect it then has more coming and going with other guests but is also reflected in the cheaper room rate.

Great place to stay. Location is on point, easy to access (close to train and bus station as well as major roads), easy access to may facilities and places to go, such as Les Arcs (trails or train), Col du Forclaz, Col du petit St Bernard, aquatic center, town center with many shops, ... Room is large for 10 people, and features 2 washrooms with in total 3 showers and 2 toilets, a fridge, a dishwasher, 2 cooking plates, most ustensiles to eat, a TV....

Beds could be slightly upgraded for a better sleep. Storage room, particularly in the kitchen, should probably be expanded. Curtains on the beds would help to avoid being woken up randomly. And some basics needed to be bought for the kitchen, such as hand towel, or ustensiles drier.

Friendly staff who helped us store our luggage efficiently while we were away. One of the staff members knew quite a lot about the village and gave us recommendations. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Well-rounded in English, overall. Very close to village center and supermarkets.

A staff member kept directing to my French fiancée even though I asked the questions or started conversations in French (happened on 2 occasions with same employee). Can be annoying to be ignored like that because of an accent (or for any reasons, actually). Easily fixed with some staff training. Room WiFi was bad so it's not a place to work from. The difference between north and south sides are not all that different. Actually, our view to the north seemed better than when we got the south. Luckily we didn't have to pay the extra charge for the south side - courtesy of the hotel.

Breakfast was good!

Not directly the hotel's fault, but worth noting for a shared bedroom: my roommates were up early for a hike and others came back late, which made it a bit noisy. If you're looking for a quiet place to rest, you might prefer booking a private room.

The staff on front desk were super friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and the bed was reallly comfortable. Bar on site was excellent. Free secure parking for motorcycles is an excellent feature. Thank you for doing this. I have recommended the hotel on this basis alone to my friends as it’s a massive factor for motorcycles travelling.
