The space was much larger than we expected - the bunk beds were in their own room - we thought it was going to be a corner of the living room - so very pleasantly surprised. We also had a shower room, a bath with a shower head, and a separate toilet space. The staff were so lovely at check-in and even got a special care package for our dog. It was top notch service and had a great few days for the Tour de France. Team Visma was even staying across the street. Thank you!

There was A LOT of construction around - both in the hotel (and they started EARLY) and across the street - so a fair amount of noise. To be expected at a ski resort in the summer though.

Fantastic location, very close to ski lifts/gondolas and adjoining a shopping centre with supermarket, restaurants, patisserie etc. Beautiful view of alps and a large courtyard. Good size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Individual (lockable) ski locker in carpark was handy. The apartment was very good value for money when we stayed in December. Reception staff are excellent - friendly and super helpful.

The kitchen is quite small but workable.

The location was close to everything - there is a slop to get to the top of the road to go to the village, however, the entrance to the shopping centre is half way up the slop, so you can cut through and reduce to climb. We booked out of ski season so managed to get a room for 5 and there was 2 of us, we also had a balcony. The rooms was just lovely, modern and smelt new. The bed was a little hard for me but that's personal choice. Being out of ski season the majority of the restaurants were shut, but there was 3 of the 17 open, plus a supermarket. The reception staff were pleasant and friendly.

The bedroom did have a slopping celling to follow the roof line and this did make a little difficult to use both sides of the king sized bed, having to duck to get around to the other side - obviously there is nothing that can be done about this, just worth noting.

Location

Only one toilet in a 6 pax capacity room. And it would be a convenient to find a trash bin inside the facility.

Everything was perfect

We were confirmed and paid and for a duplex,,,but received a flat appartement approx same size... Not very fair.

The apartment was amazing, with a stunning view of the mountains and the valley below. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect! Thank you!!

Great location, very close to a number of ski lifts. Also close to shops, restaurants and other leisure facilities (eg bowling). The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Good wifi (essential with teenagers!) and helpful, friendly staff.

Nothing - it was all good

Basic accommodation, clean, very conveniently located for Courchevel main ski lifts and shopping.

The set up in the 1 bedroom apartment accommodating 5 people has only single beds in the bedroom which has restricted ceiling height so quite inconvenient. We eventually sleep in sofa bed in living area, which means no space to walk around once you pull the bed out, and our children use the bedroom.

The location is amazing

Not have reception 24h for help with check in on the night and not have breakfast

Location, very clean, friendly staff members and my suite was very roomy.

No washer/dryer and the kitchen is a bit small.
