The breakfast room was nice. It worked well for us as we had some friends staying in the hotel next door. They have a decent restaurant and nice bar - 5 mins walk. All the staff at the hotels are friendly and nice and there is a nice relationship between them.

The rooms a very narrow and lack storage space. There is a kitchen with dining table which takes up a lot of space and for us wasn’t needed. The rooms need better lighting as are quite dark - so it’s hard to find your belongings at times.

My husband, my dog Lila and I are so very grateful for your amazing service. Our room was spacious for everything we needed: for cooking, we had an equipped kitchen, for arranging all of our ski clothes, we had a huge closet area and also another closet for stocking all the skis and boots. A lovely balcony with a river across the street who helped me sleep at night with that calming sound. All the ladies in the front desk and the manager couldn't be more helpful. The bed was very comfortable to rest. The treatment they gave to my dog was outstanding. See you next year for sure! Thank you very much Mamie Team.

We liked everything about this place. Lovely decor. Big rooms. Amazing view from the balcony. Tasty breakfast and snacks served in the bar. Friendly staff. Good location to the Megeve centre around a 15-minute walk.

Staff: amazing, helpful, always available with a smile on their faces. Location: exceptional, 10 minutes distance to everything. They offer a transfer available from early morning to late evening that takes you to the center village and to the ski lifts. The bedrooms are comfortable, chalet style, equipped with everything you may need, and what we loved the most besides the comfortable beds, it’s the kitchen, and what we did is make our groceries in the nearest supermarket and saved a lot of money not being obliged to eat in restaurants. The property is very quiet, which makes it ideal to fully rest. Mamie offers a great deal with its prices, I really hope they get to maintain it, this is our second time going there for our winter vacation and already booked for next year. Thank you Mamie team for everything and for treating our dog Lila so well, all of you are very special.

Location service - especially Ms. IDIL was very attentive and sweet Shuttle service is great They provide ski pass, which makes it easier) I have requested close proximity for our 4 rooms - 3 were next to each other which was great

Room was very dark tiny tiny closet for clothing (especially when it is ski clothing - everything was everywhere) It was a pull out bed - not a regular bed

Location, staff was great. Especially Ms. İdil at reception was exceptional, was knowledgeable of the area, always helpful and with a big smile. Shuttle service was very helpful. Will definitely go back next year. Thank you.

Rooms we stayed were very small with only tiny closet. No proper bed but it was an pull out bed (alas it was a comfortable) and extremely poor lighting of the room

The location of the hotel was breathtaking and much needed after a few days in my camper van. Room was spacious with everything that we needed for our 2 night stay. Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

The coffee machine at breakfast was not great but the staff were extremely pro-active providing double espressos from the bar.

Such a lovely hotel, the staff there are so welcoming and helpful, even before arriving they assisted in organising everything we needed whilst we were visiting for a ski trip. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they have a really helpful shuttle service that takes you to the town or slopes. Overall really great set up and would highly recommend staying here!

I thought the staff were lovely, we arrived early from a morning flight very tired & our room was ready & we were allowed to check in. Loved the location, peaceful, nice walk to the village but also the shuttle bus was available to bring us to & from the village or ski area. The room was spotless & cleaned every day. Great holiday, will come back.
