Great location aircon and rooms and parking fitting my 5.5m vw campervan inside with bike carrier.

The free access to sports centre was tarnished by speedo lycra pool staff Nazis. Even when I stated I wanted to just sit on a lounger I was thrown out by a life guard wearing the same non regulation shorts as me, a T shirt and sunglasses in doors (thinking they we're in baywatch). So apparently it's unhygienic to sit on a lounger in anything but speedos?. This stupid French rule was probably invented by a kiddy fiddler and needs reviewing as it's utterly rediculous. You could have soiled your armour in your speedos and not bother wiping ur butt and jump in pool bit god forbid you wear swimming shorts. Felt lucky I wasn't tazzered.

Size of the room, big balcony and very comfortable beds. Free access to the swimming pool and spa for the hotel guests the hotel looks recently renovated and location is perfect.

Paid parking is not nice, i think they should include the parking for those who stay more than 2 nights. Breakfast did not have free lactose products, and lactose free milk, only oat milk or soya milk. The gluten free pastries looked very untasty and they don't have any options without lactose. Check in was a little delayed so they offered me the 2 drinks of the minibar.

The hotel boasts a great location and excellent service, with fantastic views from the balcony overlooking the village and mountains. The staff is very helpful. Parking is available underneath the hotel for a fee of €15 per night. Both indoor and outdoor pools, and a spa center is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the hotel at no additional charge.

Central location, close to market, playground, supermarket and main city area. The room was spacious and comfortable for small family of 4. Duplex room was well layout and has all the necessity you needed

It’s hot for the room on 2nd level for duplex room, aircon was not strong enough to reach the top floor. If it’s winter, it shouldn’t be a problem

The location Also, there is a store for outdoor activities down the hotel. It’s very convenient.

They have not checked us in until it's 5pm. Which is too late in the day although we notified them when we booked our arrival time. the service is very terrible. The receptionists are impolite and not welcoming at all. And some of them are disrespectful. The service is bad and the staff is not helpful at all. I truly believe the hotel NEED to re-train their employees!! As the reception team is the most important part of a hotel’s staff. They are the first point of contact for guests and truly represent the face of the hotel.

Great hotel! Great staff! Everything was wonderful. The village itself is very cute and pretty, the hotel is a beautiful and new building. The lobby are that rare occasion when you want to spend time here. The breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant are above par. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent. But the biggest thanks - to the great girls at the reception, who helped me to organize a birthday greeting for my husband! They made in advance a cake with inscription and candles. Thank you very, very much!

Very polite staff, especially Claire and Clemence made every effort possible to help us, from early check-in, to parking facilities, to ski suggestions. Beautiful view from our first floor room. Very good breakfast. Great coffee for only 2€ and very good cocktails at reasonable prices.

The closing of other rooms' doors resulted in a loud thud and vibration in our room. In general, insulation was an issue. Also, although the hotel is in Megeve, it feels overpriced.

I like every thing the location , the room , the breakfast, the view , and the staff was helpful and friendly Its really worth it

The center of megeve was close in may so we didnt enjoy in the town but i like the hotel very much

The location was perfect. Hotel is new and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

It's stated that the hotel has indoor pool and they have pictures with the pool (we searched specifically for the hotels with the pools), but they don't. There's a public pool in different building (close to hotel). And the public pool prohibits swimming with swimming shorts, so you'll need to buy swim trunks. And the pool is working only up to 7pm (hotel checkin time is 5pm). Haven't found those details on the hotel description, so it was a very disappointing.
