A wonderful and beautiful Chalet Hotel with the most fantastic staff. Jerome and Matteo, along with their colleagues , couldn't have been more helpful and really made our stay very special. We loved everything about the hotel. The room was lovely, and the hotel, in general, was such a cosy place. Very relaxing after a day on the slopes and lovely food in the evening. Great access to the slopes and village with a bus stop right outside the chalet or ski lift in front and ski trail just behind. Couldn't recommend this hotel more highly.

We had the warmest welcome and the owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating! We loved the peace and quiet, but also loved the sound of the cow-bells which was very therapeutic… so magical to sit on a deck-chair and just listen to the sounds of the stunning surrounding countryside. The hotel is surrounded by idyllic walks and is only a short distance from the village. The facilities were ideal and made for an incredibly relaxing stay. We ate in the Hôtel restaurant twice and highly recommend the raclette. We will certainly be returning! Thank you for making this the most relaxing 5 days we’ve spent since I can remember!

Absolutely nothing

Are stay was incredibly lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. They printed out the bus timetable for us, accommodated all our requests and created a warm atmosphere. The food was very good. Breakfast was a buffet including croissants, toast, eggs, local cheeses and yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea. A lot of local products. Dinner was also delicious. It generally consisted of two dishes and one night we had fish and the other meat. We had vegetarians and vegans in our group and they accommodated their needs. We were super happy with our stay and highly recommend. The jacuzzi outside is beautiful and we enjoyed bathing in it while watching it snow.

The location was excellent for skiing - cross the road to the lift and slopes. The rooms were warm and comfortable. Jerome and his staff, Matteo and Sebastien and others, were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. The hot tub was lovely and I believe the sauna was good too but I didn’t go in. The food was delicious.

Only that the pool was closed during the winter.

Lovely welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Swimming pool is large and was never overcrowded. We stayed a week and had ample things to do during the day. Walks leave start from the accommodation however facilities and entertainment are all close by.

Just for information to travellers, please take not they advice you not to have picnics in your room, so plan ahead.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this amazing hotel which should tell how much we like it and La Clusaz! Jerome, the new hotel director, couldn't have been more helpful and we finally got to meet the hotel owners who were super friendly. The hotel is beautiful, the location is awesome and the food is even better!

The Wi-Fi could be better.

The hotel is beautiful and Raphael and his team couldn't have done anymore to make our stay feel more special. The three course dinner was superb as was the breakfast. Despite only 36/54 runs open we were still able to ski from the hotel in the morning and back in the evening. The hotel location is stunning but it is about 3km from La Clusaz centre so if you travel by public transport, as we did, you will need to book a taxi to get to the hotel from the bus station if you arrive after the free bus stops at 6pm. However we were able to take the bus on our return. We had an amazing four day/three night break and will definitely be back!

The Wi-Fi wasn't very good but there was a good 4G signal if you need to be online.

The breakfast was great, lovely local produce and warm pastries. The staff even offered to serve earlier so we could get out on the slopes first thing.

If you wanted to get to the bars and restraunts the taxi and bus options were limited later in the evening. The transport was great in the day however.

The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. There was a set three course menu each night which was excellent and the wine selection was also really good. Breakfast was brilliant too

There was nothing we didn't like. It was warmer than usual for this time of year which meant the snow wasn't great on the mountain however there was nothing anyone could do about that.

Beautiful chalet in a wonderful area. Staff extraordinary in attention and friendliness. We felt us a the most welcomed guests, yet as at home. The breakfast was so good with local bread and dairy, cheese from neighbours. Excellent dinner menus and wines, thanks to the chef. Great location for just relaxation, hiking, skiing or VTT. We will definately try to come back!
