Room and facilities were very good and we especially enjoyed the all- inclusive afternoon cakes and free bar.

I’m convinced it was further than 150m from nearest ski lift which was disappointing but not a huge deal. It was about 10 min walk (with skis) to the main centre and there was a ski bus stop opposite hotel, though we chose not to use it. The hotel only has a small car park, which was permanently full while we were there and public car parks cost €33 per day - ouch!

The location is perfect- walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, ski rentals and ski lifts. The hotel Is very clean, there’s a ski room, a luggage room, cold and hot beverages all day and complimentary snacks in the afternoon. Lovely breakfast and pool!

The rooms are very very basic. Small closet, tiny bathroom, not updated. The dinner was expensive, not vegetarian or kid friendly.

The staff at the property were really nice. The rooms were a decent size when compared with a chalet room and the beds were comfortable. Loved the bath and the water was hot - great location for ski lifts and village.

The noise levels were understandably quite bothersome as you could hear people walking around. The spa area was very small and the jacuzzi was lukewarm. We ended up just using the bath in our room when we wanted to soak.

Food was fantastic, room was perfectly comfy and a good size. Good value for money and perfect location. Would highly recommend the all inclusive offering.

It would be good if the spa/sauna had an adults only time (perhaps from 7:30pm onwards) as it's hard to relax in the jacuzzi with young children splashing in the pool.

Location was excellent and beds comfortable with a good choice at breakfast.

The staff were generally great, how one girl who was working on reception & in the bar was particularly rude & abrupt on Tuesday evening to our group and another group in the bar, this slightly ruined the experience for us.

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety to choose from and kept us going till lunch time.

Room temperature very cold but we managed to up the heating a bit No working extraction vent in the bathroom of room 604 Bedside light switch, not working Hallway lighting could be better, took a long time to come on walking in the dark.

Very nice breakfast with a lot of choice of sweet and salty. Pool is small but nice. Sauna is super hot. Did not expected to be so hot, so it was a very nice surprise. Also they give the drinks in the evening for free with lot of usual mix like Gin and tonic or Whisky Coca included.

We order one evening dinner and New Year Dinner. I really did not liked that for ordinary dinner it was only one hot menu (fish) and for the New Year evening it was some strange smelling/stinking meet. At our table out of 4 people no one finished the meat meal... There should be some option for the people that doesn't like the first choice. It is partially compensated with the huge choice of cheese and deserts

Great location. Free drinks all day long. The staff was the best. The view from the top of the Beauregard lift was amazing. Parking in front of the hotel was limited but there was free parking near by. The breakfast and dinner was very nice.

The small room was too small. Couldn't even walk around the bed easily.

Location in town is perfect, free alcohol a bonus, and the terrace is fantastic for afternoon sun

Our room was a little small, but we booked late! Lots of kids (fine for us, but others might not like!)

A lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Great idea having the All inclusive B&B option. The bar area was a great space to relax with friends. The Sun terrace was lovely.
