The hotel was very clean and was close to bars and restaurants as well as having a bar and restaurant on site. It also had a spa with sauna and jacuzzi that was bookable for private use. The kit drying room qas also very useful. The hotel was also only a few minutes walk to the ski bus stop, so we were able to take advantage of apres ski in La Clusaz. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

One of the children's mattresses was a little firm - but Frédéric was very helpful and provided an extra duvet to put under the sheet to make it more comfortable.

The Spa at the hotel was very nice. There is a booking system so that it is not overcrowded, which worked well. As the pool was outside it wasn't in use- but looked lovely. The food at the hotel was very good indeed. We hadn't signed up for half board, but soon decided to book to eat in the restaurant every night. The half board menu was varied and good value. Also an a la carte menu offered, including fondu and raclette.

Excellent location, with easy access to the slopes!⛷️The spa was a nice addition to relax in the evenings, and was never overcrowded. The staff were super helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again :)

The rooms were small and compact, however they were cosy and super comfortable! The general transportation in the area in the evenings is limited.

The spa was lovely, and available to guests at no extra cost - brilliant! The food was delicious, and we had the opportunity to switch menus to raclette, fondue, or tartiflette as we chose. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. A lot of effort went into making guests comfortable and welcome. Thank you!

It was difficult to control the temperature in our room - weather was mild so we got quite hot overnight.

Accommodation is good, staff very friendly and helpful. The food was very good.

A lovely hotel, a couple minutes walk from restaurants and shops. The room was very nice and cozy, including a balcony with a great view, and a comfortable (ie. large enough with modern amenities) bathroom. The whole staff was amazingly friendly and helpful with all my questions, and gave me pointers and suggestions for cool places to see and nice hikes around. The breakfast was also very nice, with fresh croissants and a welcoming smile every morning.

WiFi was very random (some evenings I could stream a movie, some evening I couldn't even read my mail). But the 4G coverage is good there, so not a big issue for us.

As last minute booking, we had the 3 beds room just above the pool. Really nice and totally clean room with spacious balcony. Very nice bathroom. Extremely well run and maintained hotel - all in place and beautiful. The small pool is great and comes with mountain views.

Breakfast is a bit low budget style, but croissants. homemade jams and coffee very good.
