Lovely to revisit after good memories from the past. Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent room, hospitality tray, balcony, high standards of bathrooms. Enjoyed the lounge & spa facilities as the weather was poor. Half board is very good

We visited at the end of September- the restaurant was cold when the main doors are open as reception adjoins the restaurant- maybe use a screen or curtain? We would have liked the option of a 50cl pichet du vin. For our 2nd dinner the service was not as good. The first night we had appreciated the olives & nuts, water, bread & extra meal options without having to ask for them . In the past, coffee in the evening came with a small chocolate- that was a nice touch. It no longer happens.

The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family. They had a very nice view of the town and the Mountains. The village is lovely and there were lots of things to do with the kids around the hotel in the Summer. The staff was helpful and polite. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. The pool is on the smaller side, but we were the only ones there, so that was not a problem.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities. We loved using the sauna and jacuzzi as well as the pool. Nice separate lounge to chill in. We chose the Mountain View room, which was great to have a coffee on in the morning. Very comfortable bed, so perfect for a relaxing stay. Location was right in the centre which is great! Also breakfast was very impressive, fantastic choice of food and we ate dinner there in the evening which was equally as delicious!

Room's were cosy but clean and fun modern design, the spa was great, unpretentious and well organised. We always spoke to reception in the morning when we were off to go skiing for a slot into the hot tub and sauna in the evening, couldn't have been simpler. The restaurant served excellent food, although it could do with one or two more veggie options and the staff were all fantastic. We will definitely come and stay here again.

The thermostats in the bedroom are controlled centrally but the radiator in our room was stuck permanently on which mean our room was always hot but we couldn't turn it down. Would be great if that control was able to done within the rooms themselves.

We stayed in the chalet and it is quite nice though the staircase for getting to the upper floor is not suitable for the elderly and families with small children.

Jacuzzi & sauna can only be used 20 min in the morning and another 20 min in the afternoon and if the slots are available. Facilities are a bit worn out. A lot of stairs to get around, so not ideal for families with strollers.

This was the perfect location to explore the area around Le Grand Bornand. It's right in the centre of town but only a short walk to the bubble lift that takes you up the mountain. There's a small pool and steam room. We stayed in the summer, but assume it would work just as well in the winter.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff who made our stay very enjoyable. The spa area was great after a days skiing. The hotel is central to the resort and just a very short walk to the town square. Our room had a valley view which was great.

Whilst the breakfast was good it was quickly overwhelmed when busy.

The staff was sooo helpful and courteous. The location was superb. Clean and practical design. Comfortable sauna. Everything was excellent.

The shower in room 37 sprayed all over the place. Something needs to be fixed. Better to just have a bigger round hand held shower to replace the overhead tap and the wand

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The interior has been fully remodeled and well appointed. The sauna and jacuzzi were a huge bonus for us! The location was also excellent!

Everything was great, lovely hotel and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Only thing to possibly point out is that the breakfast is very continental, not a lot of egg and fruit options.
