The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and luminous. The kitchenette had all the essentials. The bathroom had lots of space to organise one's toilettries, which is seldom the case in hotels.

The mattress was thin and rather hard. The pillow was quite flat. I would have liked to have a bedside table and bedside lighting.

The location of the resort was great, very close to Geneva and our accommodation was close to the slopes so not far to walk in the morning. There are plenty of bars and good restaurants, bakeries and also a carrefour and U express within walking distance to most accommodation. Our accommodation was close to the Le Bossonnet ski lift and very clean and spacious, although with 4 adults it would have been nice to have more seating.

There was nothing we did not like.

Really close to the slopes - really good facilities, nice and clean and a short walk to the town centre. Underground parking and super close to the apartment also. The spa was also great.

The shower wasn’t great - the shower tray was a bit wobbly and the temperature would fluctuate.

Great Location next to Bossonnet Ski Lift giving access to the whole mountain , the hotel is a short 5 min walk to the lift which is easily manageable in Ski boots. the Ski area was quiet at all times with very few queues. We found the ski are good for beginners and intermediates with some beautiful places to eat.

room was on a lower ground floor and whilst the room was warm the floor was cold, but a pair of warm ski socks sorted that out.

A great place to stay for a week - definitely buy a pass experience online (ask hotel for discount code) and there is so much to do. Beautiful setting, great accommodation. We loved being able to use the pool for down time although it gets busy. We loved it!

It’s a 15 min walk uphill from centre on town in heat can be tiring!

Location was excellent, staff very courteous and helpful, easy to check in and check out, well organised lay out of the hotel. Kids loved the pool. Spent a couple of hours in there in one go. Parking was cool.

The rooms were small, but manageable. Kids had a sofa bed (I wasn’t expecting, but probably should have).

Great location. Amazing bar and restaurant. Easy. Very accommodating. Welcoming end to a days skiing.

Would have liked either bigger towels or a few more to last the days.

Staff were mostly friendly. On site restaurant were a little rude when enquiring about a reservation but the food was good once we were allowed a table

I loved everything, apart from the bed and pillows.

Mattress and pillows on the bed were not very comfortable at all and affected my sleep, leaving me in pain and stiff in the mornings.
