The room was perfectly adequate for a couple. Very clean, efficient heating in the room and bathroom and comfortable bed. We were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet, We needed to dry our complete ski kit over night and the heaters were capable of doing so. Breakfast was very good - extensive buffet style with boiled eggs. No porridge or cooked breakfast. But we didn't want that anyway.

The small bar lacked a bit of warmth. But the service was always charming.

The staff were excellent, thumbs up to you all. What a team!

The Spa was per day and not until check-out. Also the key system was a bit bizarre. The Spa was too busy, with around 20 people there on a Saturday at 5pm. It took over one hour to get into the jacuzzi. The room itself was pleasant. I didn’t like the room keys having no labels. The person next door kept trying… quite annoying. Despite this I would definitely consider returning.

We visited in September, which is "off season" for many mountain resorts. Consequently Hotel Beaulieu was closed and instead we were accommodated in the sister Hotel Carlina immediately next door, frankly this made no difference as both appear very similar. We were travelling with friends, who were staying in another hotel. Hence we didn't spend much time in the rooms. Pretty town, nice for a wander, great scenery. Fair choice of restaurants and bars, although some shut (September) and some quite expensive. Suspect the town would be very lively in the skiing season.

The room was adequate, but not generous in size, there wasn't much navigation space and once you put your suitcase down you were then stepping over it... Indeed the room might have benefitted from having a smaller double bed. As appears common in ski resorts; the room had a link door, to give the option of making a family 4 bed room... In this case the door was not well sealed and there was some coughing and TV noise from the other room.

Rooms were nicely decorated and really comfortable. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Great views!

Could have been more choice at breakfast and the bar closed at around 9:30pm so you’re forced to use the bar at the adjacent Hotel Carlina

Friendly staff. Lovely room with a beautiful views. Access to store our luggage and to use the swimming pool complimentary. Breakfast was great. Location amazing. We plan to return again, thank you for a great first stay in La Clusaz.

Slightly tired carpets in lobby area but apart from that the hotel stay was perfect.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Beds were exceptionally comfortable.

A bit more variety at breakfast would be nice, but there was plenty to go around.

Hotel itself good, room was at the back but quiet and ok as I was in room alone but it may have been cramped for 2 with lots of kit. Restaurant was good as well so don't overlook it. Ability to use pool in sister hotel was great for our younger trip member (9 yrs old) after a day on the slopes. Only comment would be charging €12 per person per day for access to the "spa" which was 1 hot tub, 1 sauna and 1 steam room plus more beds with some tea, water etc was excessive and not really worth it if you were just looking to use at the end of the day to relax sore muscles. Apart from that I would thoroughly recommend the hotel and La Clusaz itself

Charges for a minimal spa that should really be included in price.

It was clean and tidy and good facilities

Too hot in all areas of property and disappointed the bar shut so early every night.

Expecting bigger room for two persons and front balcony with view.
