Overall a good stay. A simple hotel that was clean and nice staff. The rooms are good with a mini kitchen and they give you coffee and water everyday

It doesn't say on here that the pool and sauna are not included in the price you have to pay 30 euros per visit. The hot breakfast isn't hot. It was cold everyday. They need to have an egg station too for fresh eggs. There are no weights in the gym. Only cardio machines which when you're skiing everyday isn't needed. BUT please get weights

Very large rooms, and beautiful views. Price was also very nice because we arrived after the ski season. Just keep in mind that this also means that a lot of shops and restaurants in La Clusaz are closed for a few weeks. The wellness area was very nice! Also, the restaurant in the hotel (Les 2 mules) is excellent. Personell was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again for sure.

The fitness room was a bit disappointing - small and no windows, really. Why not choose a nicer location near the wellness, with a view?

Big and comfortable room, great restaurant, good service, beautiful spa, very convenient location and parking available.

It was very expensive and after the first spa session you need to pay extra every time you go… plus you need to book a slot which was a bit annoying. When I wrote through booking.com to book a parking spot I was told I should call that hotel specifically. For 360€ a night I would expect they would manage the internal communications… two small details but with super premium price, come super premium expectations!

Spacious comfortable rooms with large bed, & great view from the balcony. Breakfast excellent and we also enjoyed 2 delicious evening meals on the terrace. Easy to walk down into the town and to the chair lifts for mountain walks (but sometimes a little tiring walking back uphill at the end of the day!) . Spa pool fantastic with many massage jets which were great after long hikes.

Wished the outdoor pool opened earlier than 10 so we could have had a swim before breakfast.

This hotel was just perfect. Difficult to fault. Good size rooms with small kitchen facilities which are great. I had a lovely south facing balcony to enjoy the sunshine over the few days I was there. The connected restaurant was also good and served excellent buffet breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the main lift and 5 min stroll to the centre. Price is excellent for the quality. The staff also very pleasant.

Nice hotel, close to the ski lift. We had a nice room with starting view from our balcony, looked like a fairytale on one of the snowy mornings. The breakfast was sufficient and fueled us up nicely before skiing. Location is great, you can walk or take bus to city Centre, though it’s technically in the Centre. The restaurant in the property is expensive but very good. I would definitely stay here again .

What a great hotel, perfectly positioned close to the Bossonet left with views of the pistes coming down to it and over the town to Beauregard. The reception team especially Selma were fantastic from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The room was large, well equipped and sunny with a great view over the lift and pistes, lots of nice attention to detail and guest car The Spa pool was a real bonus, very high quality and spacious, the hammam and sauna were also great We used the on site restaurant twice during our stay and had great meals both times The village ski bus stop is just at the car part entrance and is a fantastic way to get down into the village

Nothing it was a really well equipped, friendly, good value for money hotel and I would not hesitate to return given the chance, it does make me want to look at other hotels in the group :)

the accommodation is located in La Clusaz. Nice mountain village in French Alps. The hotel is very comfortable and rooms are nice. As a big benefit is SPA directly in the hotel and outside heated pool. You can swim there even the weather is cold. Very good breakfast.

The swim pool is closed at 7 pm. After some trip or hiking during sommer its sometis to hard get back till 7. It would be nice to have acces to the pool till 9 for example.

The room was a good size, shower worked ok, bed comfortable. Restaurant is very good, spa is excellent and we had free use each day.

Minor gripe but the cleaning staff leave all the trolleys and equipment in the hallways and in front of the lifts permanently - not that big a deal but feels cluttered. The hotel is a fair way from the main centre and uphill - not a big problem unless you struggle to walk (as I do). There is an hourly shuttle.

An excellent clean hotel with sizeable room. The location isclose to the Ski lift. Only issue for us was limited access to the Spa (only one visit per stay) which we hadnt realised at the time of booking. The service and food in the hotel bar/restauarant was excellent.

Limited access to the Spa and vert expensive to obtain further access (not worth the money either)
