24h people at reception. The staff was doing their utmost to accomodate everyone who arrived last minute due to the closure of the roads leading to the ski stations. They handled the situation very well. There was a bit of wait at the restaurant but very reasonable seeing the situation.

The bathrooms are a little old and very small. Standing inside with two people was difficult as the door takes up most of the free space in the bathroom.

I have stayed for one night, my room was clean, bathroom impeccable, but the best part is that I was travelling with a bike and at the reception they immediately proposed to store it in a locked room before I even asked myself !

Overall good experience, didn’t try the restaurant though. The only point is that it’s a bit far from center, but for me it was not a problem.

The location was perfect for me as it was close to friends that I was visiting, and an easy walk to shops and the lake. The helpful staff were able to provide a meal even though the restaurant was closed as i had slept through the normal opening times.

Perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood just 2km from Lake Annecy and the Old city. Walkable and cyclable. The hotel rents electric bikes to take advantage of Annecy's extensive cycle network. The staff are great and make you feel at home. La Mamma restaurant offers some of the original Mamma's specialties as well as local dishes. Excellent quality-price-location ratio. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and quite well equipped. Easy access to and from the autoroute.

The breakfast was great, room was large enough, staff was very friendly

The television was without smartTV functionalities, no Netflix, impossible to read videos when connecting USB memory stick.

Staff and food were excellent. Breakfast is continental style buffet choice is somewhat limited but good quality and great value

This is a three star hotel- if you are expecting what you would get at 4 star then you will be unhappy. The price is consistent with this being out of the main part of the city- but things work.

The receptionist was very very nice and helpful. Top!!!

The toilet paper was horrible. And one of the beds kept rolling away.

Comfortable and clean, with friendly helpful staff. Perfect for what it is. Had dinner on one evening and it was lovely.
