A typo in the booking process where it seems the “default” booking process inserted 2 for the room booking when I was a SOLO traveler, subsequently incurred me in an additional charge for BREAKFAST. Upon arrival, when being advised by receptionist that there wasn’t anyway to remove this additional cost, even though it was obvious I was on my own. I was more than annoyed the “management” were incapable of using common sense to adjust the booking fee costs incurred to accommodate the (single occupancy) status. So, I have to have TWO BREAKFASTS! I’ve stayed at your hotel dozens of times over at least 5 years and to experience this form of “penalty” seems grossly excessive, unfair & unreasonable!

The location was just off the motorway, so it was easy to find and convenient. The continental breakfast was simple.. No frills, but none the less good. Don't confuse this with the Ibis Budget around the corner. It looks like a much better option. One for next time...

In the first room I was offered, the counter top (desk) was dirty with liquid and remnants of pastry flakes. I wasn't believed at reception... and so I invited the receptionist to take a look for himself. It was also about as close to the main road as you could get despite requesting a quiet room. The replacement was fine. Limited food is available in the evening, and it is a pretty poor menu anyway. There is a good selection of restaurants in the near by Town.

We broke down on a touring holiday and we’re came here whilst our van was fixed. We stayed a total of 5 nights. The staff were exceptional especially one lady, who’s name I can’t remember but every day she was kind, caring and helped us sort a rental car and places to go with our 7 year old to try and make the most of our holiday still. Despite us not speaking French she translated for us lots. All the staff were friendly, drinks at the bar were reasonable and breakfast was lovely.

The rooms are small with no fridge or tea making facilities so for a long stay this was hard as u had to pay for all drinks.

This hotel is nice and located in a quiet and very beautiful area, full of trees. Location of the hotel is great, close to highway, to Geneva (10 km), Annecy (35 km aprox.). Close is also a shopping mall. We enjoyed walking around property. The staff was kind and very friendly. The room was ok, small, but clean, with basic toiletries. The bed was comfortable. A big plus is the spacious parking of the hotel, free of charge. In the lobby is also a small bar, they have a lot of games that you can play while sitting there. The courtyard and the hotel close at 11 p.m., so you can feel very safe, for access you can call the reception and it opens immediately.

At the entrance to the hotel there was a pungent smell sometimes, it could be more airy and fresh.

The hotel is extremely convenient, just seconds off the motorway heading south towards the Mont Blanc tunnel. It is also located at a suitable distance coming from the South of England, which means that it is reached comfortably with a 9.30-10am Eurotunnel crossing. Nice view from the window

Nice newer budget hotel in St. Julien, with easy and short drive to Geneva. Friendly staff.

Remote location was fine for us, as the highways were accessible and we could easily reach ST Julien and Geneva with a short drive. Few services or amenities at and near this hotel, but still a very comfortable and pleasant destination to stay.

Confortable bed, 2 lines of bus to exit the area. Breakfast was alright. There is a gym but havent tried it. Staff is super helpful

A bit cold at night, couldn't figure out the AC controller.

Great Motel with all you would expect from an Ibis.

For a Motel you may need very early breakfast. That would be a plus but that’s ok as you can have breakfast in the road.

Perfect location for us. Rooms comfortable. Staff very helpful.

No laundry. No rooms available able to accommodate a third bed.

Breakfast was really good just wished I was able to have a second breakfast experience. I arrive too late for breakfast so I was not able to have the experience but the staff had refunded my money. The pillows were so comfortable on the bed that sometimes I found it so hard to even leave the room because of this 🙂

I guess the air conditioning could be a little bit cooler
